Ridiculous. Yesterday I went to St James Quarter, Edinburgh to do my Christmas shopping. St James is the most central and modern shopping center in this city. I always go everywhere with my best friend - Max - a wonderful Golden Retriever. So far everything is perfect. As always: I walked around the shopping center, went to Black Sheep Coffee, John Lewis, Hugo Boss, Zara, Aeronáutica Militare and finally Tommy. Always with Max. We arrived here and shortly after entering the store a diligent employee came to inform us that Max couldn't be inside the store so we had to leave. I didn't even understand it well but he repeated it again. My reaction was complete surprise. It was the only store that denied us entry. And this is a brand that now even has an equestrian fashion line...!!! My dear Tommy Hilfiger managers: Update your behavior and rules. But for me Tommy is over. There is a natural bond of loyalty that was definitively broken by you. It was good while it lasted. Be happy.

Tommy Hilfiger online doesn't deserve 1 star. I bought products for about £500 and I reveived half of them. When I disputed, their investigation result was that they've sent all of the items. They won't refund the money back so I contacted my bank to get the money back and the police for fraud.

Placed two separate orders Thursday the 23rd of November early morning time. Both orders totalling to over £300 pound. We are now on the 28th of November and neither of the orders have even been shipped? I usually shop here for all the family! Never again

The worst service ever and such incompetent customer service! I ordered a pair of booths and they have been delivered after nearly 10 days (it was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days) I was traveling on the day that the parcel was supposed to be delivered and the courier declared the parcel delivered and also said I did sign for it, which was impossible as no one was home at the time!!!! I emailed them the flight tickets with check-in done and also the hotel booking as I was in Singapore for work at the time and the customer service at Tommy said it is not their fault if the courier did leave the parcel in another place or it got lost. Contacted the courier and they kindly replied that as a recipient I cannot send a claim and it is the sender/retailer that has the responsibility to do it. Contacted Tommy customer service again and they said the case is close and they don't want to deal with this if I wish to bring my case further to report it to the local police. This is the lowest customer service ever and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them ever as if the items get lost they disappear as they don't have the ability to deal with people. Such bad customer service, and also rude and disrespectful. I want to go further with this as the parcel is lost and I want my money back. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice as I want these rude people to pay for their incompetence!

We love Tommy Hilfiger clothing. It is always good quality. Service good , delivery good ,and they are the best and easiest when it comes to returns. Other companies could take a leaf from them as these days returns are so complicated. Top marks Tommy

Zero stars.Worst customer services ever. Have not received my items after a month. Will not issue a refund as blaming the courier which is rubbish as I have received from other retailers from the same carrier. No help whatsoever from customer services. They just send automated responses and on the telephone would not help at all and said they would email me back. Terrible for such a big company.

Very Disapppinted Can not expect World's renowned brand dispatching damage items Un-acceptable from a Brand who is selling its products at quite a higher price with a claim of Best Quality Designer products. Customer obviously paying for the Quality Desguner products And selling damage items to customers It's a SHAME

After placing the order I realised that the shipping address was wrong. After contacting Tommy Hilfiger customer service, within 5 minutes of placing the order, they refused to change the address. They told me to get in contact with Parcelforce, who have said they also can not change the address. The customer support has been horrendous.

Dreadful customer service. Placed order but received someone else’s order instead. Needed to do a huge amount of correspondence to get issue sorted (customer services wanted 13 photos from me in order to agree it was not my order. They Requested images several times as their system kept blocking my emails) but I was eventually told I would get a 10% voucher code for my inconvenience. However this could not be used with my original order as it could only be used with full priced items. No compensation for me, only an extra money for the company. Went to complaints department and they eventually agreed my compensation could be used to reorder my items. I was told to email them immediately so that code could be sent to me. Three days later I still haven’t received my compensation code and the items I wanted to order are now sold out. In total 11 days waiting for my problem to be sorted. Won’t be ordering from Tommy Hilfiger again.

Appalling company and service . Cannot fulfil orders, cancelling after a week of placing order .. customer service non existent. Avoid ..you have been warned. Wished I'd come here first before getting burned..

My 15 yr old daughter saved up to purchase her boyfriend a leather bracelet at the cost of £50! After one wear it fell off and was lost. As I’d researched a little I’d noticed a lot of people had similar experiences so emailed Tommy to explain and that she used her savings to purchase this and it was lost! There reply we can only help once you return the bracelet to us……what? Even after explaining twice it was lost they still said sorry they can’t do anything until you return it

Terrible customer service. Aaron was my customer service agent. He just didn’t care. He just said he couldn’t care about the delivery time and just said if I didn’t want the item if the delivery is late just send it back for a refund

UK - I wouldn't even give them a rating of 1! They don't even deserve that. Unable to rectify issues brought to their attention immediately after placing order, delay in delivery (wouldn't of arrived on time even if I wanted it), customer service is disgusting, after having the product returned to senders, they still didn't refund me till I chased them, ignored my complaint too! Disgusting retailer! No compensation offered for the inconvenience. They talk rubbish. I have all the emails from Tommy Hilfiger to back my review and claim. Never ordering or recommending them. Item was needed for 18th July 2021. Accidently placed a late night (23:11hrs, 9th July 2021) order on a navy shirt thinking its black. Immediately tried to cancel on the same night. I didn't get a reply till 11th July 2021 “Unfortunately, due to our policy of fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel your order once placed. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.” When I challenged that the order has not been dispatched and to not dispatch it and just refund me instead - I was told “As previously advised, order cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of the order being placed as the systems are mostly automated and we have no means to have the parcel cancelled beyond that timeframe. At the time of order placement, our Customer Service was already closed, therefore there was no way to assist you in due time.” Surely if the systems are MOSTLY automated its still humans packing and shipping the parcels so ship them back to your own return department!!! However I need to cancel within 30 minutes but that rule doesn't apply cause they were closed anyway!? Lol. So how does the 30 minutes rule even apply and therefore should apply from when they open for orders placed out of hours!? Yet they didn't dispatch the order till the 15th July 2021, which didn't arrive till 22nd July 2021 (after the date it would have been required for). They received my parcel on the 18th Aug 2021 and still didn't bother issuing my refund till I chased them last night on 7th SEPTEMBER 2021!!!! Still have to wait a further 5-10 days for my refund. They didn't even have the decency or courtesy to offer any compensation for all the inconvenience caused and rubbish spoken by their customer service team! They expect people to just forget to return, so they get to keep the sale and give no refunds. Atrocious! #98159139
