Good looking website, But that doesn't help if they never deliver your order. After 2 months I'm still waiting on this order. They have responded to each email, the last response was 2 weeks ago when they said, "In transit, be patient".

My order has not arrived yet after passing more than one month, while they had mentioned in their website that it will be shipped within 5 to 8 days. When I told them, they told me I'll have to wait and there is no other option! really awful experience! Unfortunately, in TomTop's website's case, it is not a rare case to receive the order with a huge delay, as my friend also has not received her item yet from TomTop after a month! Moreover, exceptional circumstances should affect the shipping time only by a few days, not by more than 20 days! The following is the tracking information that I see (not that I ordered on March 13th and today is April 18th!): Origin - Tracking consuming: 1179 ms 2020-04-07 08:27 The consignment has arrived in the country of destination 2020-04-07 08:27 The item is expected to be delivered shortly, please contact your local postal operator for more information 2020-04-07 08:27 The item has arrived in the country of destination 2020-04-04 00:12 The item is on transport to the country of destination 2020-04-02 15:36 The item is processed at the PostNL sorting center 2020-04-02 15:36 The item is at the PostNL sorting center 2020-04-02 07:23 Consignment received at the PostNL Acceptance Centre 2020-04-02 05:53 The shipment is handed over to PostNL 2020-03-25 07:15 The item is ready for shipment 2020-03-23 07:40 The item is pre-advised I have already told TomTop about this several times in the email, and your response was that I would have to wait! DO NOT ORDER from this website and save time and money!

Don’t buy from TomTop.com they could just steal your money, it happened to me! I ordered an item on their website based on their picture showing what the item could do. When I received it, it could not do what was shown on the picture and in fact the users manual specifically said it could not do it. A clear case of false advertising. I asked TomTop.com for a refund of this low cost (US$9.99) item. TomTop did not dispute the false advertising but insisted that I must return the item at my expenses and via registered mail. This would have cost more than the cost of the item and they knew it, they even said so to me. However, I was flying to Taiwan 2 weeks later and I decided to take the item with me and mail it to Mainland China from there. The cost was half of the cost of the item so I decided to do it. TomTop sent me the address of their return warehouse to send the item back to and, again, insisted on getting it via registered mail. As soon as I arrived in Taiwan I went to the post office and mailed it by registered mail (which was 3 times more expensive than non-registered). Delivery was guaranteed by the Taiwan postal system within 7 to 10 days. TomTop had written to me they would refund me upon reception of the item at the warehouse. Within a week, I got confirmation of proper delivery by the Taiwan post office and warehouse staff had signed for it. I told TomTop the item had been deleivered (with proof of it) and I was expecting my refund ASAP. 25 days later I still did not have the refund. I contacted TomTop and they said they could not locate the item in the warehouse. Then they said I had sent the item to an address they have not used anymore for a while! The item was sent to the address THEY gave me 2 weeks prior to sending it back! They obviously did not want to pay my refund. I confronted them with this and they stopped replying to my emails! I have started a chargeback process with my credit card company and hopefully it will go through as I did not get anything from the money I paid (purchase price plus return shipping cost). TomTop.com just stole my money, period! If you have too much money you want to waste, go and buy from TomTop.com! If you want an honest company, don’t deal with TomTop.com they are NOT honest; there are several other reliable and honest companies available to order from China…

Order number AN19B03T3520-21SWW2 My drone battery was sent after 9 days and it was faulty / defective / dead. As requested, I sent a detailed description and a video to the company. Kelly, in the warehouse customer service said I must pay the return shipping cost (€25) or they would offer me €4 for me to get it repaired. This was then increased to €7 and the to 50% which is €20.12. After 3 days of arguments, several e-mails, and only after I posted negative reviews and threatened a Paypal claim, the company agreed to a full refund, but would not reinstate the points I used to part pay for the order, so I did not get the "full refund" promised. . If you want to risk a purchase from this dispicable company, then you should use Paypal, which gives protection. If you encounter a problem, then contact Tomtop customer service. If they mess you around, then post negative reviews everywhere and threaten to file a Paypal dispute. This will get their attention. If you do not get satisfaction, register the problem with Paypal, who will review the case and has the power to refund you. If you register the problem with Paypal, DO NOT CLOSE the file unless the case is resolved to your satisfaction, as once closed, the file cannot be reopened. I have had other successful purchases from Tomtop, but when things go wrong, their back up service is terrible. They will try everything to avoid responsibility and will try to intimidate. Stand your ground and you will eventually get what you are entitled to.

This company is scammer Purchased Carote pans and pots set on 1st of December 2023 and received it 4th of January 2024. It took extremely long time to get here. And the products got damaged and they were in the dirty box directly no original box or anything. They sent me fake Carote pans and pots. Also those got damaged and I couldn’t find any Carote logo on those pans and pots at all. One more thing to tell, it has to be in full silicone turner in the box but wooden turner was in the box instead of it. I told them to make returning and refund. But they don’t accept it. I’ve started talking to my lawyer and will do some action to TOMTOP. This is just ridiculous and illegal why are they still able to continue their scam company. Why don’t police suspend their business??? There are a bunch of victims obviously. Don’t buy anything from them! Their products are totally fake.

they sell counterfeits,fakes,broken items and 2nd hand items,THEY DO NOT SELL BRAND NEW SEALED ITEMS OR ORIGINAL ITEMS,TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS,NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I can say that tomtop has been the worst customer experience of my life. I ordered an e-bike from tomtop and they delivered a scooter instead. It's worth noting that they say on the website that it takes them 24 hours to dispatch orders - in my case it took them a week (only for the product to leave their warehouse). Then we had a very long and unconstructive dialog (roughly 30 emails) as to how it should return the wrong item to them. So, I had to arrange a return. The courier cost was only (!!!) partially refunded. Altogether it took them more than a month to deliver an e-bike. The trouble caused by their mistake was no how (!!!) compensated to me. So, finally, I got the bike and (1) realized that they had sent me the wrong item again (a slightly different model, which was a LESS expensive one) and (2) in roughly a month the bike got out of order. The difference (between the model I ordered and the one I received finally) was no how compensated to me, BTW. They also refused to exchange the bike and according to their advice I had to take it to a repair shop nearby myself, where I was told the problem was the battery. Once again, tomtop was not willing to cover the cost of this diagnostic. Even though the bike was on guarantee - they (tomtop) refused to replace the battery or to compensate the cost in case I would have to buy it myself. So far altogether I have exchanged with them more than 60 emails (no way to call them) and it has been all in vain. So, to sum it up - the guarantee is fake, the service is awful. So, my advice is never order anything from tomtop.

not a safe website to order from,products are falsely advertised on their website please beware,also full refund promise as stated on their website is not legit,THEY DO NOT DO FULL REFUNDS OR DO NOT REFUND AT ALL,CUSTOMERS ARE SENDING THE PRODUCTS BACK AND THEN FINDING OUT THAT THEIR PAYMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED BACK IN FULL AS PROMISED OR AS ADVERTISED,PLEASE KEEP AWAY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
