“Order: CN18B22L3823-XPESRZ Product: CT-CID803 Caller ID Box Call Blocker I bought this Call Blocker for only €12.44.... while it is sold for over €50 in my country. It does an excellent job so far, blocking annoying numbers! Delivery was slow (almost a month), but within estimated time so... no complaints. Thank you!”

“I've been ordering things from TomTop for 4 or 5 years and have never had any issues. I've bought SD cards, microphones, batteries, tools and lots more. And all have been exactly as I expected. I have read a lot of complains on this site and this has never been my experience, the reason I have only given 4 stars is that the descriptions are often badly written and you do have to read carefully and check photos to make sure you're getting what you actually want.”

“This is the biggest SCAM Company ever I went on Amazon to purchase an item somehow this company infiltrated their product on Amazon web page unknown to me I order my item not only was it the wrong item they send me but email after email for several months , they promised to send me a prepaid label to return the wrong item. however when I received the email with the label it was to Amazon in Mississauga and I had to pay the return fee .I phoned Amazon and they promised me they have no connection with this company.Also Toptomdeal charged me $30,00 more than the identical item on Amazon.”

“The order was refunded, but that is not completely good, they can not announcing free shipping and then say by email I have to pay a shipping, this situation made me lost time for buy my product”

“You generally get what you order, BUT if something is wrong they will not correct it. They will lie to you that they have shipped another a new lost in mail. Only order cheap items or you may loose your money. I do not recommend.”

“buying from them could bring very serious consequences as their products cannot be sent outside mainland china and also do not conform international specifications,products which could cause a hazard or even a big fire,products with defects on them lastly without valid warranties so in case of any troubles nothing could be done for repairs locally”
