“I’ve purchased some products previously from Tooled-up and always found them to be reasonably priced. I had a small issue with my current purchase as all was not as it should have been, however after a short email I received a prompt reply saying that they would rectify the problem and within a couple of days it was all sorted out with no problems. Top marks for customer satisfaction.”

“The delivery was prompt. However the battery would not charge . I tried for several hours . I had a prompt reply to my email but was asked to send a photograph! I am an oap and have no smart phone.when I explained I was sent a replacement but this has not arrived as yet. I now have to get this duff battery to a recycling centre, a 20 mile journey. I would have preferred to return it through the post.. Regards Janet Marks”
