Simply put, I found the email they sent out deceptive. They advertised a 15 % sale on Milwaukee and the chance to earn double the points on purchases. As the customer I was suppose to understand that these were 2 separate offers even though the Milwaukee advertisement pointed directly at the double points statement. Double points ends on the 15th however they ended the sale on Milwaukee after 2 days. I did my best to send a screen shot of the advertisement so you can decide if I'm wrong here.

TOOLNUT has been my first choice for both Dewalt and Milwaukee 20 volt/12 volt cordless tools for a long time. They have never disappointed me! I did recently have a minor issue with an order. I sent TOOLNUT an email and within the hour I had a response and before the end of the day the issue was resolved!!....the customer service from Rhiannon V. was fantastic!! I would highly recommend TOOLNUT!!! Thanks Rhiannon.....great job!!

I ordered a set of tool cases that UPS managed to smash up pretty good, which we only noticed when we opened the boxes. We sent an email with pictures to ToolNut. Zach from ToolNut got right back to us and stayed totally on top of setting things right until we were back to 100%. They sell brans name product, ship promptly, and full stand behind what they sell. Special thanks again to Zach for taking care of us when things went sideways. -5 Stars!

Tool Nut was great to work with. I placed my order by phone with Rhiannon and requested the shipment to be delayed several weeks while I would be out of town. Rhiannon agreed and tracked the order to the proposed date. Two days prior to that date, Rhiannon contacted me to ensure the date was still valid, and the order shipped. The order was packaged well and arrived as planned. Excellent service and great attention to detail. Thanks Rhiannon!

I contacted "Rhiannon V." today for help with an order I had placed and I found her to be extremely helpful. 5 stars. My only complaint is that more business don't put the effort in to customer service that "The Tool Nut" does. IMO Employee selection and training TOP NOTCH!

I ordered a 118" track for my Makita track saw, which was shipped directly from Makita. It was damaged upon delivery. I contacted Tool Nut and spoke with Jason S. I sent some photos of the damaged item and he contacted Makita to have them ship a replacement. He even asked for additional packaging to prevent future damage. I received the new track quickly and undamaged. Jason S. provided excellent customer service and I will order from Tool Nut again. Thanks

Ordered millwaukee pack out boxes,one was badly damaged due to poor packaging/shipping,tool nut answer was a twenty dollar refund,or lengthy time consuming exchange at customer expense, first time ordering, and the last beware.

I purchased a packout rolling toolbox from Tool Nut, and sadly it was damaged during shipment. I contacted Tool Nut and was given different options on how to resolve my. Partial refund or even swap. I chose even swap. While it's never good to receive damaged goods, Tool Nut was very understanding. Will I shop or recommend Tool Nut, well um, I have a wish list and items in my cart. So thats a yes!

Placed an order with tool nut for some new Milwaukee packout storage did not really pay attention to shipping but unfortunately it was handled by ups, what a mess , driver refused to deliver because I complained about him then sent it back saying I refused package, customer service was to re send via good ol usps but didn’t happen was resent ups and back to square 1, called toolnut to just refund when it gets kicked back but happened to speak to Rhiannon who made all sorts of calls to ups to get my items delivered, within a few days had package in hand and Rhiannon called a few times to give updates. To me the prices were on target and a few things cheaper but it was the after shipping customer service that stood out. Would definitely recommend

Thomas M the customer service representative handled the issue with a work light that I ordered, with a quick response and a professional attitude. I was trying to decide where to place my next Festool Track saw system order but after my experience with Thomas M, I will be ordering it from Tool Nut.

I have made two recent purchases from Tool Nut. The prices were competitive and the service excellent. Shipped promptly. Well packaged. I couldn't be more happy. I completely recommend them.

I have made 5 purchases to date, and all have had stellar results. I did #1 and #5 via internet, and the rest with the help of Rhiannon over the phone. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. My first purchase had shipping damage. She was responded quickly, and gave me the option to return the tool (heavy) and send out another, or send it back for full refund. Since it was a small fascia part, I inquired if the mfr could just send me the part and fix it myself. The new part arrive within a week, and I was back in business. On my successive orders she had the answers I needed. For a small company, I got WAY BETTER service than large tool suppliers. They also offer an incentive for rewards. Be SURE to order off the internet to take advantage of this. Their system doesnt allow phone orders to cross into the rewards system just yet. I understand they are working on it. I should have read the directions. (What old fart does that? Lol). I really hope they address that quickly, because as an older customer, I like the personal connection of making a purchase. Being in business for 40 years, I learned that people do more business with people they “know”. I know I’m ending the era, and new customer base is fine with internet sales. But I feel comfortable knowing Rhiannon can address my concerns, and get me on the right track. My only other “wish” is that they (or anyone for that matter) had a paper catalog. Sears and JC Pennys business fell off when they stopped. Yes, it’s dated, and prices change. But they sold more product that people weren’t specifically looking for. Internet sales are limited to what people specifically look for and that’s it. Flipping thru a catalog is much more relaxing without stupid popup ads for irrelevant things. It also helps give a company identity for what they carry. Man, I miss the old days….LOL. In the end, you can’t go wrong with ToolNuts!

Ordered tools needed for a job waited 4 days like the website says they allow themselves to ship... Nothing. Called next 3 days in a row and was told each day "they will go out today"... Been almost 10 days and still haven't shipped. Buy from anyone else !

I tried to place an order online. My state of Alaska is not offered by them as a billing address. When I directly called to place my order, they said that they don’t ship to AK. No problem. I use a forwarder to AK. But guess what? They don’t ship to forwarders. WTF

I contacted Tool Nut 2 weeks ago about prices on Makita 18v Accessories that I was interested in. I also asked in that email NOT to put me on a mailing list! What I got back to my inquiry was advertisement about Tool Nut sales. So, against my wishers Tool Nut put me on their mailing list. A week ago I sent an email AGAIN asking the same question as before about prices on Makita accessories that I was interested in. I have heard no reply to my email!! What does that tell me about Tool Nuts customer service?????? Wayne
