“Bad customer services i bid and won and paid as required for a remote controlled car that transforms to a robot i received a black and red plastic car that does nothing no remote control no transforms to a robot as per picture below requests to return for a refund im then asked to send it back tracked at a cost to me of £6.70 its been received back as per picture below and still no reply to many requests for refund its a complete rotten stinking company that takes your money sends you tat then ignores you the 1st item i won on 28th October still waiting on it being delivered and top hatter says they will refund 31st dec if they have had no info from seller DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!”
