“Their auction site is probably the easiest to use and they appear to have some very good deals. However, be careful ... some items are identical to those sold on eBay so check out the pricing before you bid. Finally, a lot of the items are located overseas, I just bought a multimeter that will arrive around mid May (its not even mid April yet!) then I found the identical model for the same price I had paid in stock in the UK! I would use again but be cautious as to what I buy.”

“I ordered a simulator Airplane toy, Tophatter said it was delivered 16th November, I have cctv and it was not delivered. I contacted Tophatter for a refund and they said I had to wait until after the delivery date which was 10 weeks ago. I will not be using Tophatter again.”

“If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered two items 13th October still waiting for them to arrive. They have told me one was delivered yesterday, that was after I queries where the items were, and the other one no reasons. I was at home all day yesterday, never went out, I have a camera on the house and no delivery was forthcoming.

“A friend had told me about Tophatter and had nothing but good things to say. So I made several purchase from the site. I have yet to receive any of the items. One of my items was cancelled after waiting almost 6 weeks. I received a refund but not to my credit card that I paid with but as “site credit”. Basically means i have to purchase something else or kiss my money goodbye. I feel as though I’ve been duped, and I will continue to wait for items that will never arrive and money I can not use except on the site. If I haven’t received any of the items I’ve purchased previously, why would I want to buy more ?”

“This a 90 sec auction site. Most of the product descriptions are iffy if not just downright deceptive. Alloy WallyE toy is nothing but plastic. Crystal ball that appears to be 5 - 6 inches in diameter is in accuality only 4-5 cm in diameter. Pic of an Ebay type Die-Cast Bumble Transformer - $30-$38 on Ebay - $8-$10 average bid price + shipping on Tophatter is a 4" cheap plastic hot wheel type . Stay away from these guys. Buyer/Bidder beware. Think I'm going to dispute 90 percent of the items purchased from his site.”
