“I think topshop and top man is on of the top high street retailer who keep up the pace with latest trend and designer collection. As they are trying to reflect their individuality through their design and finishing. On the other hand they are communicating with consumers through social media to keep up to date their collection and latest trends. This interaction helps to connect with their consumer in dearth.”

They cannot do enoufh for you and once you have shopped there a couple of times they know your style and recomend items for you and also they always have a smile on their face it makes a nice chane that you are not just a sale to them”
