Drive shaft finally came in after a month just to set it up and find out it was made to short now here we go with the process again. Over all the actual machine finishes and drive line looked great

Incorrect parts sent, told new ones would be sent out twice. Still have not received correct parts.

Spoke at length that we needed and 8 bolt hub for a 2004 Ford F550. Spent allot of money on freight and your ses reb still screwed up the order and sent a 10 bolt hub.

I paid an extra 80 something dollars for the next day shipping and it took 4 days to arrive

Bushing that pushes on seal not turned down enough Tore rubber on inside of 3 seals and pulled seal in crooked. Great concept just the tool had to be turned down in order not to rip inside of seal. I would have sent tool back but I had a customer vehicle in and needed to fix it asap. I turned down tool myself. I wish I could get a partial refund.

Ordered new differential covers for my 08 ram 2500. Came with gaskets šŸ‘ After a local fed ex courier sat on my order for five days I went to the depot myself and picked up my order. Front fix perfectly but the rear gasket was off by a metric milešŸ˜” So much for coming with gaskets. I'll order one from Dodge and maybe it will arrive before winter. Oh and diff covers weren't painted? For the top dollar 509.00 and 70.00 import fee for the parts you should get 11 cents worth of paint. Stock steel covers.

TRIED TO CONTACT MULTIPLE TIMES BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL WITH NO RETURN COMMUNICATION, ITEMS THAT WERE LISTED AS RELATED TO ITEM BOUGHT DID NOT MATCH UP AND COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH TO GET ITEMS RETURNED AND REFUNDED, NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANKING INSTITUTION FOR FURTHER RESOVE...

Wrong part was shipped. Did not match what was on website. I was told I could return for a restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. So, I have to loose money due to your incompetence. Will not be doing business again. Have all screen shots and emails for validation.

WHEN WE ORDERED THE PARTS WE NEEDED, THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT. AFTERWARD, IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. NO ONE COULD GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALMOST A WEEK. FINALLY WHEN I DID GET A TRACKING NUMBER IT WAS NOT TO MY ORDER. NO ONE COULD GET ME THE INFO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. NO ONE WOULD CALL OR EMAIL LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, I KEPT HAVING TO REACH OUT. AND WHEN I DID REACH OUT I WAS ALWAYS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH SAID INFO BUT AGAIN NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL BACK. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

Ordered two different spindle sockets and received wrong sizes once was my bad. When I finally had someone on the phone he said it appeared they had sent the wrong one. Then was sent an email saying they do not send rma return labels and I would have to pay for all return shipping and then only be refunded the item price. Absolute waste of over 80.00 after overcharged shipping as well.

Will never order from this company ever again. Received first part several days late and never received the part from this order. They charge a ridiculous amount for usps shipping,over 13$ for a tiny snap ring then when usps loses it they tell you it's your problem and offer no help.

Ridiculous shipping rates that takes forever to get you parts and I'm still waiting on an order from may 31st that has not moved since June 4th. Will never buy from here again.

I bought the carrier bearing replacement kit for my 2013 Ram, apparently the two piece driveshaft is not serviceable. Tried it myself then took it to NW Driveline, not serviceableā€¦ now buying a one piece driveline. Save you time and move on.

Hi- We don't sell used tools. We manufacture almost all the tools we sell, so really the only way to get a used tool is if a shipping carrier employee knew what was in the box would work for their truck, use it, repackage, and deliver to you.

It's been months with multiple emails and phone calls. They refuse to fix a problem with a shipment.

Not sure who you have been emailing but the request for replacements was placed with our supplier at the end of March. This kit was drop shipped to you from our supplier, we are still working on the issue. Feel free to call us 406-384-0270 to check on it.
