They sold me a used tool at a new price and refused to dicount tool

Hi- We don't sell used tools. We manufacture almost all the tools we sell, so really the only way to get a used tool is if a shipping carrier employee knew what was in the box would work for their truck, use it, repackage, and deliver to you.

It's been months with multiple emails and phone calls. They refuse to fix a problem with a shipment.

Not sure who you have been emailing but the request for replacements was placed with our supplier at the end of March. This kit was drop shipped to you from our supplier, we are still working on the issue. Feel free to call us 406-384-0270 to check on it.

I received the part but it was damaged (and it was not mentioned on the product description). It has the same damage as the part I'm replacing! The page said it was the last one, but after I bought it, they are still selling them so clearly there are more. Which means they deliberately decided to send me the damaged one, to unload it on me - telling me it's the last one they have but it wasn't. It took a few days extra because they waited for me to "confirm" the mailing address I had filled out, and I did not see the email (they had my phone number but I did not get a call). A week later, they slashed the price in half. I paid $200 (plus an add on $4 shipping insurance). A week later, it's $100.

This review is 100% false, Margo doesn't understand that QU20291U and QU20289U are COMPLETELY different parts. After a few emails back and forth and multiple screen shots we decided to take the part back from Margo to make them happy. Margo continues to say we tried to steal from them and sell them a bad part. At this point were not even sure if Margo ordered the correct part in the first place. The original order was for QU20291U, the part they are saying we slashed the price on and are continuing to sell is QU20289U, your right Margo the QU20289U is still available and half the price, ITS A DIFFERENT PART, its been on sale for months! QU20291U and QU20289U fit different years of vehicles. Also Margo was upset and says it took a few extra days to ship out because we had to confirm their address. The address was verified the same day and were sorry that we wanted to ensure it actually made it to the correct destination. $4 add-on for insurance is 100% voluntary. By the Way QU20291U is not for sale, we don't have any more, just like the website told Margo.

Yeah after getting the kit everything looked good. Zero instructions or video with the kit. Luckily advance adapters has a video for a nv4500 to np 205 kit on YouTube that helped. My kit for a dodge nv4500 input swap from Gm np205. The kit didn’t specify the years and I ended up getting the wrong year as there is a later year spacer. I needed a roundish 6 bolt and when I tried to swap they couldn’t swap even though I didn’t install the spacer. Wasted 200 dollars over advance adapters kit because torque king just had the input shaft in stock. Just to find out they won’t replace the spacer. Found another spacer from another store for 40.00 cheaper.

Donald We receive these kits as KITS what are we supposed to do with a partial kit??? We end up with the burden because you didn't do all of your research before investing money. You can read (or have someone read to you) the description on kit TK30527 and it explains what it fits, all you have to do it look under your truck to figure out if its going to fit. Why would you order a kit that you don't know is going to fit?

PLACED AN ORDER MARCH 30TH STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT SHIPPING THE ITEMS. I'VE CALLED TWICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THEY WILL GO IN THE BACK AND FIND OUT AND CALL BACK. NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

I am very unsatisfied, if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two hub spindle nuts with keyways. once I received the product the keyways were not included. I contacted the phone number on the included business card and was sent out two keyways. One nut and keyway were correct, the second keyway was not working regardless of what the mechanic did to get it to work. I contacted TK back again and was told they were out of stock, but another one would be sent out as soon as they came in. A short time later I received an email asking me to send a photo. By this point, the mechanic had moved on to other jobs and one was not available. I did email specifics back to state why the keyway was not working. It has been over a week since and I have not heard back from this company. I won't use their services again. Complete waste of my time.

I ordered 10 pcs of 5/8" x 2" NFT grade 8 machine bolts. I received 10 pcs of 1/2" x 6" NFT grade 8 machine bolts. Not only was the wrong product delivered, it also took 10 days to receive. The first 4 days a tracking of the shipment was not available because the company evidently hadn't shipped it yet.

Hi no parts have arrived. The shipping service provider is not very good. Considering the high freight cost charged the shippers service is poor. 17 days now since placing the order. I purchased a load of parts from Rock Auto, it took 5 days very impressive. 5 days v's 17 days and no goods. Your shipping providers are letting your business down with bad service. If they are not here in another 5 days I will have to finish the vehicle without these parts I ordered. Maybe you need to look at who provides the shipping for Rock Auto, friends are saying good things about Rock Auto's great service. Regards Greg Atkinson NZ

Generally a long wait for products to ship, a crazy return policy. not a nice experience. This day and age there is so many places to spend your money, don't waste your time and or money here.

At first I bought washers and a o ring… Something could have put in an envelope with two stamps. But the guy that responded to my email said it is what it is and shipping was outrageous… so added a shirt to try and make up for the weight.. terrible customer service

we have tried just throwing things in an envelope and they never ever made it, the problem is that USPS uses sorting machines for letters and sometimes the letter is a little thick and it rips open or catches on the part and rips it out, not work reshipping parts all the time, it costs US money to reship. (Free Shipping Over $300)

We paid more than $50 to get the part in one day, but finally received 4 days later!! It took you 2 days to shipped it to UPS and UPS took 2 more days to send to us… UPS which is your supplier, not ours!!

First lets start with some facts here. You placed your order after hours on the 15th so your order was processed and shipped the following business day as it states on the website. The 16th was a Friday, so the next delivery day would be Monday unless specifically requested to deliver on Saturday. When you check out on our website there are notes that you should read so that you are informed, we ONLY set up Saturday deliveries by special request, some businesses (ourselves included) are not open on the weekend, if we were to have the package delivered on Saturday and your weren't open and someone stole the package you would be mad at us for having them deliver on Saturday. You can verify with UPS and FedEx that they only count Monday - Friday as normal working days. Finally i would like to point out that we offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS for delivery, you chose UPS so they would be your supplier as you chose to use their services. P.S. you only paid $47.58 for shipping not over $50 as stated, you gotta stick to the facts.

We ordered this part, then i was called and told that you did not have it. Then weeks later it just shows up. Poor customer communication. This part will need to be returned for a refund.

Hey Darren, We emailed you to let you know that your part was out of stock and that we would receive more in 10-14 business days. We received no cancelation request so we proceeded with your order as it was. By the way, we never received a return request from you either. We cannot use a review as a return request. Return window closes 30days after delivery. Delivered 11/02
