“Great selection of hard to find parts, fast shipment. However, after paying over $20 shipping, twice, I finally decided to not but the two small orings I found out were needed, after your shipping department, again,decided to ship them at the over $20 shipping. I called and asked if it was possible to drop them into an envelope and put a 50 cent stamp on it, but never got a call back. So, lost sale for y'all, and now my hubs are running with old orings. Give us some more reasonable shipping options for 5 stars.”

“the parts were good and seem to fit well. my only concern is that the wrap that was intended to keep all the pieces in tact and not allow them to move with in the box ripped and parts were loose in the box.”

“Accurate description and correct items received. Only complaint is I paid $12 for a priority envelope, I would have been happy it being shipped slower for less money, but you don't give me an option and I find that bad for business. Priority envelope took 6 days to arrive. I find it "odd" that there are 62 different options for faster shipping that cost $40-100, and there wasn't one option that cost less than $12. If you're gonna go out of the way to show a dozen expensive options, you should also show a dozen cheap options, please.”

“Had no problems with my order, shipping price is ludicrous. Was charged $55 for something that weighs a few ounces. I get stuff shipped all the time that weighs 10-20lbs for half that.”

“Quality products. Website is a wonderful resource! Label created to actual pickup was longer than expected. From pickup to delivery was shorter. Arrival date was changed multiple times. Shipping prices seemed elevated. Packaged well.”

“While the products look great no real issue there,customer service was ok as well got responses back. But only issue I had was I ordered an item in stock, and it took 4 days to ship out. Ordered on a Friday and shipped out on a Tuesday not sure if that's normal for in stock items. Anyway other then that products look great and hopefully they last as expected. I had to do a return as well which was my fault just got the wrong item, so return process was as expected pay your shipping and restocking fees and got refunded in about 2 weeks. I like the details of the products online with measurements made it more easier and more confident in buying then just searching year and make.”
