“called to cancel my order as it was ordered in error. I call within 5 minutes and the person said it was cancelled. But still received the item and of course the bill. Why did I get told that is was cancelled????”

“I placed an order and paid for overnight shipping. It took at least 2 days for you people to process the order. That not acceptable. The overnight shipping took 2 days to get to my door. I paid for the extra fees to get this customer's truck finished before the snow so he could use it to make money. We had to put the truck back together without the new part.”

Hi there- looks like you ordered it at 10:30PM on 12/29, we had a label on it just after 11AM the next day and it went out via 2 day shipping as requested and on time. Looks like UPS fell through and instead of delivering 1/2 they dropped it off on 1/5.

“Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I’ve ordered many times, and though the prices are a bit high , I prefer trading with smaller vendors. This time was not great. I paid for expedited shipping and got an confirmation email. I had to reach out several days later only to be told the item was out of stock. Frustrating.”

“I ordered 4 hub gaskets and 1 hub spacer,I received a call to tell me the spacer was a different bolt circle then the gaskets. I told him not to send the spacer. And that I was working on a 1957 power wagon with a Dana 44f. He didn’t ship the spacer and sent the gaskets. When the gaskets arrived they were the wrong size so I had to make some. I never received a credit on the spacer. I ended up paying 54.00 for a spacer I never received and four gaskets that didn’t fit. You hit my PayPal account for the money. Not very impressive Mike Stephens”

Hi there, seems there was some miscommunication from my instruction here. The 4 steel gaskets ARE correct for your truck, the 4 paper gaskets you ordered were not. Our apologies, good help is hard to find when people get paid more to sit at home all day... As far as a spacer, I don't see that on your order. -Jesse

Hi there- it is frustrating that they arrived damaged. We did email you right away that the items would not ship for a couple days, and we did ship via the 1st class mail that you chose during checkout...

“The item was guaranteed for delivery on 12/03/2020 and I still have not received the item, why the delay on the delivery. I the tracking says that is was in minnesota yesterday but no further update is supplied...”

Hi- I don't know where you read a "guaranteed delivery", but it wasn't on our site. We shipped via the method you requested, but I have no control over how long the carrier takes to deliver. Our site specifies ESTIMATED shipping and delivery days. Nothing in life is guaranteed except death and taxes...

Hi- you ordered 2 day and we shipped 2 day. We emailed you that your part was not in stock and would take an extra couple days to ship, and asking if you wanted to cancel or not. The part was still delivered in 5 business days. It's not 2 days, but it's not over a week either...

“The marching tolerance for this die was not acceptable. I had to machine the fitting to fit the seal. I wasted a couple of seals as they were distorted when trying to install.”

Hi there, our install tools WILL NOT FIT an aftermarket seal from the local parts store. You need to get an OE seal fro us or the dealer.
