“We have used Total ID for many years now and have always found them very professional. They are always helpful and fulfil our orders very promptly and efficiently. The price is always very good and beats the other suppliers. Stella the accounts manager is especially good at getting the cheapest price for the goods and keeps us well informed of any updates or changes. The delivery is very quick which is a bonus. “The team at Total ID were diligent and considerate in the entire process of ordering our lanyards. We wanted them fast and shipped to Australia and the team made sure the process was as seamless as possible. “Working with Stella at Total ID was a pleasure! Stella's customer service and interpersonal skills were second to none and she talked me through different options and provided advice throughout. When it came to placing the order, Stella kept in me the loop with delivery times and the items arrived when expected. The lanyards look professional, match our brand guidelines and help differentiate the different users in the building. I would highly recommend working with Total ID and look forward to doing so again in the future.”

“I have had nothing but great experiences in the couple years that I have dealt and worked with Total ID. We usually require Mifare cards and card holders for the company I work for and every time a PO is sent through to them, my usual contact, Stella, emails me to confirm dispatch of the order and when we can expect it. Recently, they've been having issues with the supply/suppliers of the cardholders we normally use. Stella was incredibly helpful and prompt in providing alternatives, as well as updates. Even when the updates aren't exactly good news, I appreciate being told the truth instead of false promises - this helped massively in developing a great working relationship with each other. I have always felt valued as a customer especially with the excellent service consistently received from Total ID, particularly Stella. Other than the amazing customer service, their products are also very competitively priced.”
