TouchBistro has made running my business 10x easier than previous POS systems. It is extremely user friendly and easy to figure out. The KDS in the kitchen saves me $$$ on printer paper and ribbon also.

We set it up ourselves with great help trom TB staff. This made the system work for our system instead of us adapting our system to an outside system, if you get what I mean. Setup was fairly fast for neophytes and now we adapt it on the fly to make it continuously more applicable. Tech support is very good and fast to reply and help out. They seem to know what they are doing. Lastly, we have had very few interruptions of service since we got it about 3 years ago. All in all, we are extremely pleased. Wait times for customers are way down too.

We are so happy with Touch Bistro - the system was simple to set up. It is easy for new team members to learn and program. We really like the cloud reporting so that we are always in touch with our restaurant even when we are not there. Service has been excellent - any issues have been quickly resolved!

We switched to TouchBistro about a year ago and it has been amazing! Reports are easy to read and setup. Having servers using handheld tablets has cut order times down dramatically. It is easy to change the menu and prices. I love it!!

TouchBistro has allowed us to offer seamless service to our customers. Our servers love how easy it is to split bills and accommodate large tables. The updates are great and extremely easy to execute. We can't say enough how much we love TouchBistro!

Touchbistro truly is a POS designed for Front of House service staff. It is intuitive, simple and seamless for both servers, bartenders and managers. It makes what used to be a stressful part of my job as a manager so easy. Some elements of the inventory system are a little lacking and the inability to use manager cards to authorize discounts, voids etc (my staff like to memorize our manager codes :S) are the only two issues I have come across since using this system. Despite that, they are always improving what they are doing which is awesome. Keep up the good work!

It is an excellent POS system. For the most part it is easy to use. Only draw back is lack of training/having someone available to come and help with POS content.

We've been using TouchBistro in our restaurant since it was first released and find it a great fit for our business. The support staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the system is easy to use and update, and new staff can be trained very quickly to use it. We love the reporting system in the back end and find that TouchBistro are always striving to improve their product based on user feedback. I would highly recommend it.
