“Ordered a onesie for my daughter for Easter and still waiting for delivery. Communication was good initially and now my emails just being ignored. £45 is a lot of money and I wish I’d have checked the reviews prior to purchasing. I already see the response is to email customer care- which I continue to do but actually just want a refund now and take my custom elsewhere”

“I placed am order but straight away realised I'd clicked the wrong phonecase make. I contacted customer service straight away as in your terms and conditions it states that you can change an order if emailed within a certain time frame which I did. I was emailed back to say they could try and do this for me but was doubtful I have emailed several times since and have had no reply back. I was also sent somebody else's confirmation email.”

“Very disappointed in my last purchase ordered 2 onsies for children one was perfect the other wasn’t finished properly at the zip I have ordered so many things in the past towels hoodies suitcase,phoneCase mugs but this is my last order when I sent pictures to customer services all I was offered was discount on next purchase so I am left with a onsie that was to be a present but won’t be now as it looks like a cheap imitation”

“Ordered my item weeks ago, estimated dispatch 17th April. Still not dispatched and no communication from company to update me, explain or apologise for delay. Emailed customer care myself already just to be told item still with production team. No new estimated dispatch nor apology for inconvienence of delay. I wouldn't know anything about my item if it wasn't for me chasing. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for a front line worker. Will not be shopping with you again!”

“Ordered a bag for a birthday present and was advised at time of order that estimated shipping date would be 3rd April. We are now 12th April and item still not Even been dispatched and no contact from customer service to advise of considerable delay! Would not use for a present again”

“Although whomever I dealt with through customer services were kind and helpful, I don’t believe that my order couldn’t have been changed, I ordered the item in the early hours of the morning of the 20/3/2020 and then actually realised my mistake that morning when I got up. They told me production was already to far ahead and to me was an excuse. Which is a shame as I would not use the company again”

“I ordered a towel for one of my daughters 13th birthday present. as I’d had one previously and loved it. The quality is great and I was lucky enough to get 50% off. I didn’t think it would arrive in time. I emailed to ask if this could be speeded up, I got an answer straight, very fast reply. Understandably the process can’t be speeded up. But, The towel arrived in time And like the previous one I had was excellent quality. So, definitely will have more of these and recommend to friends and family Thank you”

“Absolutely fabulous company! I have had products before, however after nearly losing my life this year and ending up with a huge body change. Claireabella have allowed my design to incorporate my new body attachment which allows me to accept the change a little more. It would have felt very strange having a towel without my stoma bag.. the design team put together an image that shows me as ME now! Brilliant experience and Georgia has helped me every step of the way and been compassionate and accommodating! Excellent service and couldn’t be happier and so is my family. So happy had to have a towel designed for my son too! Will def be ordering more”
