Ordered on Monday the 19th December, delivered delivered on Thursday the 29th (6 working days!).
I’ve placed numerous orders with these guys over the years and there’s never been an issue. Give them a little time to issue the initial tracking number, and a little extra for pickup, this process is always 90% of the timeframe.
I don’t think they hold stock in the UK, but they 100% ship the camera from their UK warehouse via a next day service. It’s probable that that when you order they ship expedited from HK to the UK, then forward it on. I’m more than happy with this, it’s such an efficient setup.
In my 15 years of shooting Canon, I’ve never had a need for warranty. Although E-infinity provide warranty, I’m very sure it’ll never be needed. Sony boys, you guys should get that local UK warranty 😄”

“Patience! You might feel that e-infin is being dodgy. Your shipment information is not being updated. No one knows where the package is and they are not telling you a thing. The truth is that a chinese man has your package up his ass trying to swim from hong kong to france so the items can be sent without duty/tax fees. Every now and then he might be caught by border patrol or may drown. Then they send another one, hence the delay. Last time I waited almost 3 weeks and I'll be honest with you.
