“Great customer service. Bought the Milwaukee hammer drill for my son who had recently had all of his tools stolen from his van. To cut a long story short the drill had been damaged in transit. I telephoned trade counter direct and they were extremely helpful and sent another out to us. Can't thank them enough.”
