Tracksuit was ordered back in November 2022 and still waiting in March 2023 for delivery.

Ordered a tracksuit for my son 4 weeks before Christmas. I still have not received my goods and cannot get a formal response for delivery from Trapstar despite multiple emails and failed calls. Really poor company and non-existent customer services

The parcel was signed for on receipt so I have proof of delivery but I can’t get hold of anyone either by phone, email or live chat to confirm when my refund will arrive.

Awful service, overhyped brand that everyone wears cuz their fav “rapper” wears it lmao still no update on my order and it’s been over 2 weeks lol I’ve fully been scammed by a legit website bunch of punks playing god behind a clothing brand raking in all the cash they can get bunch of fools

No stars should be given- customer service does not exist- paid for an item over 3 weeks ago - still waiting for it - have emailed numerous times to see what is going on absolutely no response - disgusting! Will never order from here again!!!

no communication- no email confirmation of order, paid for item, sent 3 emails, numerous online chats and not one response!!!- DODGEY DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND TRADING STANDARDS NOTIFIED! do not let you kids buy from this place absolutely shocking and disgusting service - if I could give zero stars I would- also looking at other reviews clearly quality diabolical aswell
