“I've used Travefy on and off over the years, and the infrequency was never because of the quality of the product, but merely because there wasn't a budget for it with the pandemic. I've committed to using it full time for the last two months and It's made a massive difference in my business. I've been able to streamline a number of processes, my clients LOVE the itineraries and the ability to interact (chat function), and I've been using it as a CRM which has helped me stay organized. It's a brilliant piece of software that will help you stand out from the crowd, and, help you boost your branding.”

“If eye-catching itineraries and proposals are required with the click of a mouse then we found our solution. Our previous provider of 14 years became too heavy with complicated library maintenance and odious rules around formatting and pricing. Now it's all a breeze. EXCEPT, WHAT I REALLY DO WISH FOR is an easy auto notification to know that the proposal has been opened and by who. The current offer is unacceptable and might as well not be there as far as we are concerned. Proper chronological notification of who and when opened the application is so important as to know who and how to follow up in various situations. This should be addressed to make Travefy perfect. I will watch for the review to see if it's been edited.”

“I've only been using Travefy for a few months now but it has been a great tool to help close sales and communicate with my clients. I've used it to seal the deal on several FIT bookings (Brides love showing it off to their friends prior to travel) and it's been a huge timesaver when quoting multiple cabin types for family cruises. I had a large group traveling from 5 different airports to Cancun in February. Almost all of their flights were canceled 2 days prior due to an impending winter storm. Travefy notified me and all my clients of the cancelations hours before they were notified by the airline. This allowed a head start on finding alternate fights and everyone made it to Cancun. I was able to add hotel nights, change transfers, and more and keep everyone up to date via Travefy individually. The group leader was kept informed of all the changes so that when he finally landed in Cancun he knew where everyone was. He called it the best "Cat Herding Tool ever".”

“Travefy is a great tool to have as part of your travel agency it has really made my life easy when it come to making quotes, itineraries, differents types of forms and just begin able to send out fabulous products to my clients. Also it's nice that i'm able to provide my clients an app to view their itinerary right on their mobile phone. Travefy is a must have tool.”

“Travefy is, hands down, the best tool a travel professional can have! It is easy to produce quickly beautiful, comprehensive, and live itineraries for clients. The interface is simple yet extremely powerful. Whether the itinerary is settled or you are creating a proposal, you can do it quickly and add in photos, documents, and everything else your clients will need to have a fabulous vacation. The fact that the itinerary dynamically updates flight information is a huge plus. I also love the ability to email the confirmation statements to Travefy and have them automatically integrated into the itinerary!! Time is money and Travefy not only saves you time but makes you look really, really good in the eyes of your clients. I am so impressed and sold on Travefy that have urged our corporate headquarters to license the technology and integrate it into our systems. Or at least negotiate group rates for our travel advisors!”
