Flight was changed by Qantas and travel2be did not update my connecting flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town. All their contact details was removed from internet. Now I cannot contact them for a refund.

Flight was rescheduled an hour after booking. Which tells me it wasn’t available in the first place. Then waited for three weeks for them to reschedule, 10 phone calls later still nothing done. Non existent customer service, just told to keep waiting. Wait for what? Do not recommend this company. Terrible!!

I've booked a flight with this company. The airline company have changed the date of the flight, and agreed to give a full refund, but Travel2be just canceled my flight, and didn't give me back the money. There is no answer from them whatsoever. Worst experience I had with customer support ever.

Look at the other reviews. I've had the worst experience with this terrible company. If you want to throw money away, Travel2be is for you. Had a flight changed by the airline a few days before departure. New journey had a 35hr lay over, PCR test would have expired, overall journey was unacceptable. Requested a refund and announced the new journey was not what I signed up for. 2 Months later still no refund, no response to my emails. Save yourself and please book elsewhere

They changed the Athens leg to the flight so we had to do a 27hour layover in Abu Dhabi. We were screwed by their customer service agent. You need a visa if staying in UAE for over 24 hour but we weren't informed of this.Were refused at the airport and had to rebook losing thousands of dollars in the due to last minute cancellations of hotels ferries etc. And lost the airfares. Please don't touch these guys. Their customer service stinks and they shift blame and responsibility.

Dont take this company!!! During the corona crisis the company did not communicated and when I recieved an email that if I want to change my flight I would have to pay 160 EUR plus 55 EUR fee... Note that the reply rate is, unless you want a service for which you have to pay is in 3 months.
