Worst travel Agency ever spoke to one of the agents and she don’t know what to do very unwillingly and unlikely to help. She can’t do her job and a bunch of scammers. My ticket was fully refundable and the agent told me she can’t process it cause it got rejected when I just book my flight 30 minutes ago and it was fully refundable she said I have to wait 30-90 days. Very unacceptable customer service don’t know what to do. Please don’t book your flight with them the inconvenience and frustration is not worth it.

Airline cancelled my flight, so I opted for refund. Turned out traveloka only allows credit refund; your money is gone for good if you’re travelling anytime soon. My other flight is also affected by this airline cancellation, but traveloka denied my refund request as airline cancellation by saying this flight is still open. Even when I can no longer use that flight. I wrote to customer support twice two weeks ago, and so far there is no response of any kinds. The airline is obviously at fault, but traveloka’s attitude and speed of action are far worse. For unknown reason, the website doesn’t allow me to submit my review with the screenshot of my two bookings.

the airline Cathay Pacific wouldn't let my colleagues wife on her flight!! apparently there was an issue with her ticket, but her friend got on ok. Traveloka, We've tried calling you, you hang up!! We tried emailing, you don't answer, we've tried the messanger service, you say "We're working on your Query" and still 24hours later, NO F*kcing ANSWER!!! Your a SCAM Traveloka!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Booked hotel for 1 week, non refundable, only to be informed AFTER the booking process that I will also have to pay at the hotel 15% of the total + some other fee!! Crazy!! This is never informed before confirming! I tried to book again same hotel just to make sure. Customer service is useless!

Booking a hotel thru this website and received a call from them, the hotel room is not available even after getting a confirmation email. Need me to re-do booking another hotel.... With the same outcome, hotel rooms are not available. Waste my time and money. Customer Service was not really helpful and tolerated and I request on the compensation.

This traveloka is fraud . I booked online there is another price and then after they call me again saying price has increased why they want to make fool of me it’s not my mistake I booked according to application and now they call and tell me price increased but there’s no update in the application. And I had booked for 30 kg going and comeback but they decrease my Babbage without informing me !!why I paid money for ???and then I asked them that’s not my mistake that’s because you didn’t update your prices in websites but no they didn’t want to listen …they said if I don’t want I can refund and I asked for refund now they asking me cancellation charge USD 265 …does this make sense ???? No how they can be double faced if there was already updated price I wouldn’t have lost my time talking with them hours to say my concern but still they doesn’t care .this is very bad I don’t recommend people to book from this application 👎👎👎👎👎and one time is understandable but two time is not okay same excuse will not work every time .😡😡😡😡I m very angry with their management team and everyone .they want charge for everything they have something in their website and different while doing action totally not good. It not acceptable .

Worst company ever. I won't never ever use traveloka again. For reschedule my flight I have to pay full amount a new ticket, while the old ticket can't be refunded. My flight schedule still a month in advance. What sort of agent it is.

Traveloka is a scam! I booked ticket and never receive my booking code! Called plenty of times without any respond or help! Couldn't check in. Never ever trusting them!

Never use this this website to book flight! I requested a refund for a flight and they said estimates refund amount is 700 dollar. I was happy with that so I decided to process it. However I got back only 460 dollar, with NO explanation. I emailed them and got the answer that it is the cancellation fee from the airline. But from the beginning to the end of the refund process they didnt tell me about it at all. They said that's now they have informed me so they hope I understand. Cant believe they have this terrible service and the lack of customer protection.

Traveloka is a scam. The worst platform ever use. They took 3 hours to response a flight re-schedule, and by the time i made payment they took another 3 hours to response during the mid night. By the time, the price has gone up and they request for more additional charges. Stranded in overseas, i had to booked another flight, lost of another ticket worth plus a business opportunity thanks to traveloka! Beware of their fake advertisement saying "easy re-schedule". I will never use them ever again and they should shut down the company.

Do not use Traveloka, they gave me completely different flights to what I had ordered, different dates, and different times. Additionally, they want me to pay 1.3 million dong for rescheduling to the original tickets that I had bought, even though the problem was entirely because of their website. So unless you want to be scammed do NOT use this travel company.

WARNING, DO NOT TRUST TRAVELOKA AT ALL. Worst company to ever book anything... Super bad and slow service. Requested for reschedule, all they do is kept asking me to wait and wait till cannot wait and I have to book another flight to fly off... then when ask for refund, rejected immediately....

Terrible service, wrong information and cheap excuses from the customer service. I booked a flight from Bangkok to Luang Prabang and back and had to reschedule the flight due to unforeseen circumstances. I informed customer service the day before that I had to reschedule the flight, they didn't come back until the next day. When calling me back they could not let me know the price for the change. I waited another 2 hours until they sent me an email that the system had a problem and that I had to wait another hour. After this I received a mail with the price confirmation for the change of 143,75 $, before being able to make the change they called me to inform me that the price is 9800 THB ( more expensive then the whole ticket just to change one way) during the same call they apologized informing me that the correct price is 143,75 $. When trying to process the payment on the system it did not go through since the system blocked it. I called customer service again and they told me that the price had increased again to 9800 THB because I didn't proceed the payment on time - but this was due to the non-working system. When I told them I didn't accept this price increase because I could not perform the payment on time due to their system they said that this was a policy if Lao Airline due to the NO SHOW - but on the Traveloka page they show under rescheduling conditions that I can change the flight until today until 7 pm. I just received another email that they insist on charging me 9800 THB to change the flight for one way ( note that this is almost the roundtrip price)- 5 minutes later I received another mail generated by the system saying that the price to change the flight is 143,75 $. Again, if I try to pay - it does not go through. I also want to mention that I booked a flight for my colleague separately through Lao Airlines and I could change the ticket 2 times without any cost and in less than 10 minutes! BRAVO Lao Airlines for such great and flexible service. I am still discussing with Traveloka to receive the price they have confirmed in two emails in writing 143,75$ I have booked very often with Traveloka, but this is definitely the last time.

On 13 september 2022, i purchased a ticket from Ho Chi Minh city to Phnom Penh, the airline is called Lanmei airline. A few days after, that the airlines cancelled my flight by themselves, they said it is due to operational issue. Until now, i do not get refund yet and i already ask both Traveloka and Lanmei airline about this but it does not really helpful, Traveloka said the refund process can be up to 90 days, shorter or longer and they are not sure when i can get refund. Be careful guys, doing business with Traveloka and Lanmei airlines will only waste your time and money, i do not know what they do with our money in that 90 days, they are not bank and they should not keep our money for that long....ironically, it only needed 1 hour to fly and 10 minutes to purchase the ticket but 90 days to refund money that is not theirs. I only wished i can get second chance to buy ticket from another airline and from another website. For Traveloka, if you really care about ethics and reputation, please proceed this...my Traveloka booking ID: 858006429

If I could give them zero I would, We downloaded Traveloka over 3 years ago,we supplied everything for the app, all our personal details all verified, 2 credit and debit cards, 1 from New Zealand and 1 from Australia, both verified by our banks from both countries, we own a Villa in Bali and need to top up electricity PLN token, very small payments about 30 USD, Everytime we go to use our loaded credit cards they are blocked by Traveloka our banks say payment verified with a sms message to our phone we comfirm it. We then spend the next 4 to 5 hours on Traveloka message app to sort out , everytime they say will contact fraud card services, then they come back a few hours later for my passport again holding up a statement in front of mirror stating this true and correct, then they ask me to take another photo of credit and debit cards showing the last 4 digits, after about another hour they will unblock the cards for few hours and then block again, we go over this same process every time, stay away from Traveloka if you have a overseas debit or credit card, I have fully removed the Traveloka app and will never deal with them again due to wasting so much of my life.

Worst service ever. They take your money before confirming that the product they advertise is available. I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund and they shut the phone in my face when following up on the process. The customer service employees are like they are programmed to keep saying the same thing no matter what you are asking them.

I advise everyone don't use Traveluka, their customer service is not even helpful. Our family of three bought tickets from Singapore Airlines no through Traveluka last week. I wanted to buy another ticket for my child because the flight time is too long as I discovered there is another route comes with shorter travel time. Singapore airline said that my ticket was sold at Traveluka, they need me to call Traveluka so that the reps can assist me on this. First call, Traveluka's customer service officer told me to wait for their email. Second call which is 3 days later, I called them again and they said they have not received the email from Singapore Airline. Third call, 2days later, I still didn't receive it and Traveluka told me the same thing again. I suggested them not to wait for the email from SQ and instead they could just call SQ directly to liaise with SQ customer service. Traveluka said they will contact the SQ specialist team and asked me to wait again. Today, I still did not receive any updates from Traveluka and I called SQ directly and got them to resolve this issue on the behalf of me asap. Less than half a day, issue resolved. Traveluka was not being helpful and they didn't even bother to update me at all. They have no sense of urgency and never put themselves in customers' shoes. This is so bad.
