“NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT TRAVELOKA. THEY HAVE PLAYED US UP WITH THEIR EMPTY PROMISES. I HAVE REQUESTED MY FLIGHT TICKET FROM TRAVELOKA TO BE EXTENDED FOR 6 MONTHS. ALL I GET IS JUST A BUNCH OF THEIR LIES. I NEVER EVER BUY FLIGHT TICKET FROM TRAVELOKA AGAIN.”

“It was vacation time, but I had to cut my trip short due to an urgent matter. I couldn't get a same-day flight change, but my dad suggested using Traveloka. “It was pretty easy to book online purchase, from the selection to payment, it was a breeze and we are able to book our flight and accomodation within 5 minutes. It's pretty amazing experience. Though it is a little expensive than other similar website, but it's so far good experience for us.”

“Accidentally booked my flight trough them and not Maleysian airlines. The ticket included only 10kg check in bag for domestic flights (if you book via Maleysian airlines, 35kg check in bag is included). My bag weight 17,5kg and for that extra 7,5kg I had to pay 280MYR for extra. If you have a heavier luggage with you, it comes quite expensive to use them when booking flights.”

“Traveloka Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. The website and App is not functioning properly. Prices fluctuate super quick and the App have cheating system by keep showing the lower rate compared to other platform and after you reach to the payment stage, the price changes and will be higher than other platform. Honest review, I regret booking through Traveloka and customer service is very lousy and not trustworthy. I request a call back from the duty manager on shift however the call centre agent refuse to arrange and for 3 business days, I was informed the duty manager on shift is not available.”
