“The order was sent without any fuss. However there was no receipt or return label in the parcel”

We send out delivery notes with all of our parcels and they are either placed inside of the parcel or in a clear plastic wallet on the outer packaging. “Really happy with my new trainers and the speed in which they arrived. The only thing that let it down for me was having to lace the shoes myself, I would have appreciated it if they were already laced up.”

“I ordered a large size pair of slippers but received a medium size. The delivery note says large, it's ticked and signed as "packed by" a member of staff, so I guess someone just wasn't paying attention. Now I have the hassle of returning the wrong item, and it looks like I'll have to pay for postage!”
