No concerns over product or transaction however the delivery was outrageous. The delivery man left our parcel in a recycling bin some 20 houses down the road we live at...!!??!! Hard to understand how it ended up there as the address on the parcel was correct and we provided clear instructions to leave the parcel with next door neighbour in case of our absence.

The person delivered my parcel around the corner! Luckily they brought it to my house, I was told the deliverer "couldn't find the address." It should have been sent to the local post office not a stranger that could have stolen my order!

Not in original packaging, no returns label, jacket didn't have a fresh feel like a new oily Barbour should. It felt like the jacket had been sitting out of its packaging for some time.

Very very quick delivery - thank you for that. No tags on trainers, both trainers laced and right trainer grubby both on the underside and face of leather. Same trainer stuffed with a sheet of old newspaper. Clearly these trainers were either ex display with the right trainer having been tried on previously by numerous potential customers or were returned by a previous customer. Emailed Triads, no apology received, just advised that I can return them if I wish. Not the best first time purchase experience.

Products received without problems but I send 3 mails about a changement of price without any answers. The fact is that the price passed from 95€ to 128€ without any explications. Why ?

I ask you at five times about my order.I ask you that you give me a tracking code for my parcell. But all my messages has been ignored.

I bought a pair of shoes and when I got them I decided they wernt what I wanted so I look on the website to find out about returns. It was not very clear how and I needed to request a code for returning it. I rang up and the people on the phones were lazy, very lacklustre to tell me anything. I was asking loads of questions to one word answers from the people on the phones. All in all, terrible customer service. For example I rang up and asked for a pre paid label to emailed to me he said he sent it. Next day and I have no email so I ring back up and he tells me"You might as well go to a post office and get one yourself". Terrible service and now I need to go to a post office and probably pay for a label to return these shoes.

after making the purchase for 15 days I still do not receive the tracking number. Payment also has been made.

Ordered shoes from website....two days later received refund as item was Not in stock.disapointed not to get the shoes but no problem getting money back

Wrong item sent. Couldn't be bothered to send back so kept it. No compensation offered. Won't be shopping with again. Lost a good customer I spend at least 5k a year on clothes.

My third/fourth online purchase over at triads. Had a recent purchase of nike shoes. But few late hours later triads refunded the paypal payment. Had email trads asking the reason but no answer. Wish you guys replied so i can decide to further purchase on other website so i dont miss purchasing the item.

I ordered on April 12th, today is April 21st and I still don't have my order. I understand that this is an international shipped item but I purchase from End.uk and Size.uk all the time and I usually get my order from them in no more than 3 days.

Absolute rubbish, was billed for some sneakers and had my order confirmed only to find out that had made an error. I never received my order, gutted to say the least as by the time I was informed they made a mistake the sneakers I wanted had sold out everywhere else, won't be in a rush to shop with them again. Didn't even receive an apology.. ????

Fast delivery.. Though I asked courier to leave item with neighbour.. I came home to the parcel underneath my door mat!!!..absolute joke..I checked tracking and the parcel was.signed for?.. Doubt my doormat could do this...I would have marked very good but courier is a joke... Was a box with sneakers so hardly hidden..anyone could have took them!!!!

I rate Triads very good! It was the currier service they use that were extremely rude when i was asking for a redelivery. The customer service at triads was also excellent. The gentleman I spoke to called me straight back once the issue was resolved and also supplied me with an email to confirm the changes/solution. The speed of the solution was very good also.

Firts time buyer off the website and unfortunately, I can't really say it's been a pleasure. I ordered well before the 3pm mark for next day delivery only to have to wait TWO days for my vivienne westwood clutch (which I needed for an event I had to attend). I gave the customer services a call the day I was expected my order to ask what was going on only to be told there's been a back log and the deliveries were slightly delayed! Why pay for next day delivery if you can't promise it?! By the way, just to make it better I got a pound off my order for the delay, helpful....not. When my clutch finally arrived there were marks on the front and back! If I didn't need it for a special event and they weren't all sold out rest assured I would be sending it back!! If you're going to order from here be prepared to be disappointed!

Hello Sandeep, Apologies for the experience you've described. We do of course try our best to get next day delivery orders out and 99% of the time we do so successfully. However, you placed the order whilst we were experiencing an unprecedented volume of orders and we do apologise that we fell a little behind. Regarding the refunded £1 we did that by way of apology as you received a 'standard' service rather than 'next day'. We're also disappointed to learn of the marks on the bag. If you were unhappy with this we would of course accept a return. We hope you'll consider shopping with us in the future and rest assured any future orders will be treated with the utmost care, something we always strive to do.

Not organised enough. To be advertising stock that is either not clean..so u have to take it to the dry cleaners (and then refund when I phone) and also stock available to order isn't available after I'd paid.!! Good choice and price if only it were available.
