"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“Ordered a set of forks online and can't fault the process of paying and delivery, excellent service, just really gutted to open the forks up to find there is no star nut supplied with gusset forks.”

“Well I got sent an email for a review before I even received the products. The delivery got cancelled on me the day it was supposed to arrive. So hard to give a review on something that’s not arrived. I’ll give benefit of doubt due to coronavirus issues, but the reason I got given for the order being cancelled was they had not got the product ready for the courier.”

“The part was fine and did the job. I however ordered this part at 10:30 on a Friday and it was not dispatched until gone 2pm on the Monday (the first day of it's estimated arrival window). I'd expected the item to be dispatched on the same day especially as I had ordered in the am.”

“Ordering process is quick and easy. Received a dispatch email on the Monday (first day of five day advised delivery period). Nothing received by Friday so contacted Triton, representative apologised that nothing had turned up (as it should have done) so said she would send another wheel set for the following Monday which arrived as hoped. So overall, only one day past expected delivery date. Product was as expected.”

“I'm a US biker. I needed a small part for my wife's Trek Time Trial bike. Triton was the only place on the internet that had it. The part was less than 30grams. The shipping was $38.60. This is ridiculous. If you want more business from the United States you need to correct your shipping charges. Your competitor "Chain Reaction Cycles" is more reasonable and fair in shipping costs. Mark Granger, DDS”

“Order process was fine, shame about the Mongoose BMX build. Good website but no email confirmation form Triton of the order once placed. Quick delivery. BMX bottom bracket creaking from new, local bike shop sorted it out, tightened properly and greased. Alternative was to ship back to Triton and wait for a fix or a replacement when we needed the bike that weekend.”

“I ordered a Cannondale Quick 3 Disc 2019 model. I could not fault the service or speed of delivery. Information on website however is misleading in that it implies that you also get a wheel sensor with the bike. You don't. Apparently this is only provided on 2020 models. If I had known I would probably have purchased the bike elsewhere and taken advantage of cash back offers. Other bikes on the website also mention provision of a trip computer so it is not unreasonable to expect that text on a web page is unreflective of the item you are purchasing.”

“Thick carbon seatpost tube for big Guy. Good weight. Finish not as glossy as it could. Good setup possibility. Not easy to exchange the two weighty rounded bolts with titanium bolts (could save lot More weight). It filtrate well vibrations.”
