I have only given 2 stars because my order arrived nine days after the notified dispatch day and two days after the latest estimated delivery date. When contacted Triton were willing to resend my order if it had not arrived by the following day, and as it did arrive, no further action was required. In due fairness the delay could be on down to Royal Mail.

Ordered an article "in stock" on a friday, got a mail the next friday that the order is ready for dispatch. Asked when it would actually got delivered, no answer. Next tuesday i asked for a tracking code, no answer. We're now more then 11 days further and yet no package and no answer. Poor service and i'll think twice in the future before ordering something.

Ordered the HALO Vortex 29er wheel set and got the 650 delivered instead, ordered in plenty of time for a weekend trip to the lakes. Due to the inconvenience caused I asked for a pack of vortex rims decals and was sent a normal pack of decals which are no good. When you receive an order from a customer you should check the basics at least? and when you did send the correct wheel set ,why did you also send me a small jockey wheel which I never ordered ? Very disappointed

I was given an estimated delivery date of between the 29th May and today (4th June) and my item did not arrive, I needed it for this weekend coming so I sincerely hope ity arrives before I leave on the afternoon of the 7th June. The automated email arrived promptly and the dispatch notification was appreciated however.

Delivery time way too long from point of order and beyond scheduled date. Sent email enquiry and got no response at all. Shipping info after despatch ok with courier but overall disappointed with level of customer service.

You have to receive the delivery first !!!!!! promised on the 10th May with no email text or any thing else to advise me where my Tyre is.

When I've ordered bikes from one of your competitors they come fully assembled other than straightening the handle bars. With you I had the pleasure of having to mess about fitting the front wheel as well as the seat. And the bike was over wrapped so took forever to get the packaging off. The bike was great, just not happy with the presentation

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the service we've provided. All our bikes are fully built and assembled in our workshop before being reboxed. Some assembly is required when you receive your bike. However this is basic stuff i.e. slotting the front wheel into forks, seatpost into the frame and handlebars onto the stem. All in all it should take a novice around 15 minutes. With regards to the level of packaging, we pack the bikes to avoid damage. We appreciate it may take a little while to remove the protective packaging but with your bike being handled by a delivery company we think it best to pack the bikes well to avoid damage. Shocking. Ordered parts for my Trek Speed Concept on a Friday, said expected delivery was between Monday-Wednesday of the following week. Nothing had arrived by the Friday, called them up and apparently they had got 'lost' on the system and hadn't even been processed. Rubbish. To be fair they then put the order on special delivery but trust has been lost and won't use them again.

I ordered a bmx L40 mongoose, got everything, except a working product... the frontire was so to speak, slashed open, so i asked if they could send me a new wheel, havent heard from them since we came to an agreement that they would send a new tire, but i havent recieved a mail or anything yet. So we will see if they uphold thier end of the deal

I ordered a jacket which the site said was in stock. After waiting weeks for it to arrive, I enquired as to its status and I was told it was out of stock and I 'must have missed the email'. After that, the customer service was of a reasonable speed and to a good level.

THe part was not the one I was hoping for- and it was not compatible with the Travelcharger pump that I have- so I'm puzzled as to why it was shown as a spare part on the website. I phoned up to question this on 21st Sept but have not heard back from the operator who said she would find out from Bontrager and let me know. The part I wanted is where the nozzle of the pump connects with the valve of the tyre.

Placed order for some small Trek parts "in stock". The order has arrived in 12 days. Being calling for updates during that time and each time was always told "will arrive tomorrow". Plainly, it did not. Appalling service for a mail order company.

Payed 25£ for shipping to DK for a large package (large = under one kg??!) - received my wall mount in a bulbe envolube with a Dpd plastic bag around. The Mount was thereby sticking out of the package when I received it - NOT good enough for 25£...luckily the screws was in a bag attached with a small piece of thread

I'm not complaining. It's just that the review request has arrived before delivery of my order. To be fair, the courier has notified me that delivery has been delayed. It appears that they haven't told Triton. I wonder why?

Bought an All City Nature Boy Disc frameset, no rear brake adapter, told they're not sold with the adapter ? Frame doesn't work without the adapter, the whole design of the frame is about the amazing design of the adapter, which is not supplied? Still trying to get Triton and the Uk distributor of All City to agrree/recognise the problem... the moral is don't sell what you now nothing about!
