Triton sent my Surly Big Dummy frameset in a timely manner. Arrived in Norway without damage (UPS) and I would have given 5 stars, but they failed to answer my e-mails with questions about what shipment option to select on checkout, forcing me to make a guess. Would probably use Triton Cycles again.

I would like you choose a different delivery service than UPS. A delivery service that is able to find a (correctly given) address so my neighbors aren't disturbed while I am waiting next door or so I don't have to go to the opposite end of the city to get my package from a UPS Depot. Thanks

I'm sure the bike will be fine when it arrives. Regrettably Triton uses UPS as a courier. So if good service with regards to the delivery is a must look for an onlineshop with an alternative courier service provider.

Understood website, delivery good, but item not as expected . Could not return as it wasn't faulty. Should have been a lot clearer on Website.

I really really want to like this bike, but it's been trouble since buying it. The original bike came damaged - latch missing a washer, disc brakes not aligned properly, and various scuff marks and chips to the paintwork. The second bike was better, though the pedal stripped the thread on the non-drive crank. Attempts to obtain a replacement have proved fruitless via my local bikeshop - they're unable to find something suitable due to proprietary crankset. Triton are currently trying to source a replacement. When it works it's great, travel times were not too dissimilar to my hybrid for getting about, and I can fit a full size panniers rack to carry two panniers - my reasons for purchase. Not sure if I regret buying it.

Hi James, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the service we provided you. Your bike went through a full PDI prior to dispatch. All latches are inspected on folding bikes prior to dispatch for operation - the latches were working correctly when the bike was dispatched to you. I apologise again for the small marks to the paintwork, despite our best efforts and packaging, sometimes couriers can mistreat the box and damage can occur. In this instance I can see we offered to collect the bike for you free of charge and offer either a full refund or exchange. I can see that you chose to collect a replacement bike from us fully assembled in early October and you did leave happy wth the new bike. Since then we haven’t had any contact until your email on the 8th January asking if we could source a replacement left hand crank arm as you had stripped the thread. I apologise that no one has come back to you until today(11th), we are receiving a high volume of enquires during our January sale and we will always reply as quickly as possible. If you would prefer an immediate response we are available on the phone. We have sold a lot of Tern bikes over the years and the quality of the bikes has always been good. Shipping to the US was fast and on time. However Tritons’ US shipping costs are astronomical. No other UK distributors soaks their US customers this way.

I have ordered a frameset to build myself a touring bike. Delivery was fast and frame is looking great. The second item in the order was a helmet which came out damaged on a side. It was an item bought on sale for 16£ and delivery outside UK so I thought it doesn't worth the hassle to send it back for exchange but I let them know. They haven't reply. So there's mixed feelings about the order

Bit poor with delivery time. I would rather pay for postage and get my goods in a reasonable time.

Had the forks in stock, delivered promptly, however I now realise I need a bottom bearing and a star washer for the new forks, which don't come with them. I didn't know that - some helpful interaction would have been useful.

Soon after ordering a Trek jersey size L I received an email from dpd logistics notifying delivery for the Sat, I then got a text saying the following Tue. Then another saying Sat pm!!! when it was finally delivered. The jersey itself turned out to be a lose fit (more like XL). This was stated in the small print of the description. I tried the jersey on a ride and despite being quite lose! Can't really return it as now used. Description needs to be more clear and delivery comms better... :-/

The delivery time was quite acceptable. However, the two chargers I received had no European standard and could not be used in Sweden. Best Regards Mohsen Matin

Dpd delivery service was awful. Although not directly Triton's fault and they did try to help a little, ultimately they do choose Dpd as their provider so have to take some responsibility for their bad service. The first delivery attempt was the wrong address and no calling card left even though Dpd claimed they did. The parcel was not labeled correctly to allow in store pick up but this was not communicated until a four day delay whilst in the interim stating it was available for pickup. Then an incorrect message about the day of delivery and finally they delivered to the wrong neighbour. Use Royal Mail next time please

Seat was a little bit more pricier than other places, also not as the same as online picture which was what I wanted. Happy to keep though and quick delivery.

Pleased with my bike over all and how quick it turned up. But was two scratches on the bike. I got an email just after I received the bike titled 'your opinion matters' asking for a review or if there was any problems to email them. So I emailed them about the scratches with photos. And they just ignored me. They was quick to respond before when I emailed them about buying it before hand. I'd say there good to buy from as long as you don't have any problems with what ever your buying.

Order was fulfilled quickly but actually needed to be returned as had been damaged (and could not be replaced.) Cara was very helpful but ultimately Triton couldn't provide what i required.
