Purchased a kona bike. When it arrived the box was damaged and the bike hanging out the box. A had to wait another 7 full days for a replacement. I had to email them first for a response and had to follow up with more emails. Poor service, having to chase up a order on expensive bikes. This will be my only order with them.

Hi there, We are very sorry that you encountered an issue with your bike on delivery and that you are unhappy with the subsequent service you received. All our bikes go through our workshop to be inspected and set up to ensure there is no damage when it leaves us. We also make sure there is sufficient packaging within and the box is in good condition. We do everything within our control to give the parcel the best chance possible in arriving in perfect condition. However the handling of the parcel by individuals is very much out of our control. The courier used is usually very good but unfortunately they have fallen short this time around, and for that I sincerely apologise. Unfortunately we did not have another bike available for a immediate replacement and we did inform you that, as the bikes come from Europe, there would be a slight delay. We saw to this issue as a priority and did all we could to get the replacement bike as quickly as possible. We're very sorry for any inconvenienced caused. Kind regards, Jamie - Triton Cycles.

The product arrived damaged and clearly repackaged, despite being sold as new. Had to pay postage to send it back for a refund.

Hi Leon, We are very sorry that your order arrived damaged. All our products are brand new. The light you purchased came directly from the supplier and was in perfect condition when it was dispatched. Upon further inspection it would seem the box suffered an impact during transit and have subsequently led to the light bracket being damaged. We're also very sorry that you had to pay postage to return the product back to us. If you had contacted us first we would have had the product collected free of charge. I was not informed that part of my order wasnt in stock for several weeks. Had to ring to chase and was told they forgot to email me.

Had my order for a while still "in picking". cheapest place on the internet for the tyres I was after, Just hope the delivery makes it out of the warehouse at some point.

Great price. Initial customer service/ response was good, however, UPS delivery are terrible at providing a delivery slot other than before 7pm on the day. Follow up customer service was abysmal as was the pre-dispatch bike check that was supposed to happen. Overall, quite disappointing

Can't comment on the part I ordered as I am still waiting for it! If this is the fault of the delivery company then I apologise for the 2 stars, but when I rang Triton the day after placing my order, I was told Saturday at the latest. Not happy.

Bike arrived quickly but was wrong colour, ordered orange but green turned up, will keep green one as hav,nt got time to organise sending it back

Hi Gareth, I'm sorry the item you ordered was not what you expected. The 'aluminium' stated in our description is referring to the product being compatible with aluminium frames. There is a similar product which is made to be compatible with carbon frames as well. I'm sorry that our product listing was not clear enough in its description. This has now been amended! A little disappointed, this is the first time I have used Triton Cycles, I had ordered a jersey got confirmation on the morning that the item had shipped and then on the afternoon I received an email to inform me that it was out of stock! Got an apology and have been helpful with a substitute.

Item listed is actually not available. Item despatched message sent. Contacted customer services when item not received after a few days to be informed item is not available. Hence, got a refund.

Your product is great. However, unfortunately every time I have purchased from Triton cycles I have had problems with the delivery company you use. DPD are very poor. Each time I have asked for the product to be delivered to a neighbour. Each time I get a text confirmation that this request has been received. However each time DPD attempt to deliver to my house.... I'm not in! I then have to rearrange a delivery. I would consider not using Triton because of DPD

Hi there, I'm very sorry you have had issues with DPD on multiple occasions. The courier is and have been very good for us overall, many of our customers are happy with the service they receive from DPD. Unfortunately it seems nobody can be perfect across the whole country. Please don't hesitate from using us in the future because of DPD. We have access to multiple couriers and we can always use a different one to deliver your order if you let us know in advance. I bought the bontrager xxx carbon seatpost and the adapter ears for 7x9mm saddle rails which are recommended and deemed compatible on the website. These are clearly not compatible components, evident to anybody packing the goods for postage. I phoned customer services and was told somebody would get back to me within 30mins. 2 hours later and no response. I called back and was told somebody would email me by the end of the day pending a response from bontrager/trek. Still no information with regards to the correct adapter ears for this high-end seatpost by the following day, I phoned to explain my frustration and request a return. No apology was given and I was spoken to like a nuisance customer. Considering I'd invested in excess of £130 on a product I was looking forward to using, the experience was wasted by Triton Cycles. I shan't be using the company again, nor will I be recommending it to a single cyclist.

I was ordered a silver CH103 derailleur hanger to replace an existing hanger which was left slightly bent after a crash. The hanger that has arrived is black and appears of different quality than both the original and the one pictured on the website. The bolts which came with it are too long, which means they stick out and obstruct the quick release slightly. At £26, it is an expensive replacement for what is essentially a small piece of milled aluminium, so I am disappointed not to have received something of better quality.

Hi, I'm sorry that you feel that the quality of the product is not what you expected. We have confirmed with Cinelli that the one we sent you is a genuine Cinelli part. They have informed us that the hanger is milled now because it makes the product stronger. The bolts are longer because they need to be compatible with multiple frames, you can cut them down to size to fit your particular frame. Hi there, I'm very sorry that you had issues with setting up your bike. There was an owners manual included, I'm sorry if you didn't find it helpful. We are open on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00.
