I ordered a part from there web site, like many people, and I wish I hadn’t......don’t waist your time with this company, response times are beyond a joke, and only when I asked for a refund, my item was post 9 days later.....worse bike company in the world, they are a joke, still waiting on part, brought it from another company.

The "Sunrace extender link" I bought online, 20 May 2020 never showed up. Expected delivery between 28 05 2020 and 11 06 2020. I sent an email and asked about my order 12 06 2020 and have then sent a couple more emails but all are still unanswered. Very bad customer service. I feel ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

they sent me the wrong product, then didn’t answer phone calls or emails, so I’m left with no choice but to keep it and go elsewhere

My order is already 2 weeks late, no one is picking up the phone or answering my emails. They took the payment very promptly though, But now what I’m supposed to do?! I’m going to raise a dispute with the bank I can’t see any other way of getting my money back!

Complete con artists. Take your money and run! Never answer the phone. Or it's always engaged. Never return emails. Thank god I only ordered a small item. Buyers BEWARE!

I ordered a set of pedals on 18 May, but after 4 weeks they have not arrived. Have emailed several times to try and resolve, but no reply. Very disappointing as I used them a year ago and the service was good.

I placed my order which arrived quickly BUT the item delivered was not what I ordered. Tried about 20 times to get in touch so far and no response whatsoever- very disappointing

They used to be good however I ordered some items a month ago but they have still not despatched them. I sent them a message a week ago but no answer, I have been trying to call them but the line is either busy or it just keeps ringing and no one answers. Very disappointed.

Very bad service waited few weeks for my Medium Helmet even though the paper wire they sent me with it clearly states I ordered a medium size. Why can’t people just check before they dispatch an order? Can’t wait to call tomorrow !

I ordered Kazoo Trailer bike for my kid Jun 1 but have not received the order yet. I've tried phone calls/emails to contact for tracking information not a single response I got. Very frustrated. I need to know where my package is.

Placed a order for goods on 9th May due to the big banner on the home page stating business as normal which is laughable as I can't get communication via the phone lines, and the promise to respond to all emails within 48 hours is a joke. Not sure if or when I will eventually receive my order and would advise everyone to steer clear of this bike shop.

Shambolic. 14 days later still no communications or updates about my simple order for a tyre that was reportedly ‘in stock’ at the time of ordering. The team don’t answer emails or the telephone. Will never use again.

Asked for updates repeatedly, no response. Asked to cancel twice, received a response that order had been shipped and to refuse acceptance to have it sent back. Sounds great except I may not be here when the order arrives. Then it will be in me to send back. Poor customer service.

the manual is in german language and the headset cage ball bearing it was broken and i email twice to TRITON and nobody answer me ...i need some info or advice about the headset to replace it...

I ordered Purple Bontranger shorts off Triton Cycles on 9th of May. Despite contacting them numerous times via email and phone they were never dispatched. Two weeks after I placed my order, the shorts were shown as out of stock on their website. I even offered to take any similar shorts but got no response. I have now ordered shorts from Rose bikes in Germany. They were very fast and efficient. I think Triton are regularly scamming people and would stay well clear. I have asked for a refund and I am also contacting my bank.

How do you get you money back from these guys, I placed an order weeks ago and nothing has turned up , tried calling sending emails and nothing back , I WANT MY MONEY BACK . Sitting there saying it’s in stock when clearly it isn’t , they just take your money and do not deliver. Be aware folks .
