“For anyone practicing endurance sports True North products are of special interest. The fraction of seeds and nuts in their cereals is not just higher than in other products: the fraction is much higher. The seeds and nuts do not simply improve the flavor or make the texture more interestiong. They provide protein and healthy fats that the gut digests more slowly, resulting in a 'phased delivery' of the components of the cereal over a span of three or four hours. Basically there are 3 parts to the cereal. There are sugars (apple juice) which the body takes in immediately. There are complex carbohydrates (oats) which are available later, and there are the proteins and fats (seeds & nuts), which are available in a few hours. If you are going to row, run or ski over a span of four hours or longer, my experience is that neither do I get hungry, nor do I have to think about supplemental nutrition during that time. And this lets me focus on my sport. The True North cereals are complicated products formulated almost without regard to cost, and so they are expensive. This said, almost all of the similar products do not even come close to these recipes as a nutritional platform for endurance sports.”

“I’ve been ordering True North “Nutty No Grainer” for years! Sooo fresh & delicious! I order in bulk so it will last a while! Keep it in refrigerator & it stays really fresh! It’s a very healthy snack as well! Use it as topping on my yogurt every morning, sooo delish! I’ve tried their other granolas as well! Cannot go wrong with their products; always quality, fresh, wholesome ingredients used. I think True North is the best granola ever! Enjoy!”

“Maple vanilla granola from True North has been a staple for a few years because of it's freshness, taste, and simplicity. Now that I need to oversee my sugar intake, I love it even more as it's lower in sugar than most granolas AND has maple syrup, which has a lower glycemic index. Yay all around!”

“We discovered True North Granola on a trip to Vermont. We just loved the flavor, crunch and variety! We live in Williamsburg, Virginia and couldn’t find anything like here, so we now buy in bulk and it’s shipped to us about every 3 months, we a lovely personalized note! Love it! It is truly the best granola we have ever had!!!”

“There is lots of granola on the market. Most brands brag about how healthy they are -- non-GMO, organic, natural, on and on. But when you look at the ingredient list, you find seed oils, sugars (often not with that name) and ingredients that aren't food, that is, real food. If you want a granola that's made from real food, natural grains, nuts and fruits, True North is the best choice out there. On top of it, they're a real small business run by real people who just want to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and try it out. If you do, you'll likely become a multi-year customer like I am.”

“Great Product - quality Cereal. I called years ago to find out where their Sea Salt was procured. It comes from a mine where the Ocean had been thousands of years ago but had dried up. No Plastics in their Sea Salt. If you have any questions or problems with an order - just call and it will be taken care of politely and efficiently. They are very nice to do Business with.”

“I discovered True North Granola during the pandemic lockdown and have purchased it ever since. My family and I love it. Not only is it the best granola I have ever had but also the best customer service out there. Ordering on line is easy and delivery is quick.
