“This granola is delicious (first date). I was looking for low calorie, low carbohydrate, high protein and high fiber replacement for Rick Bayless Mexican. The taste is excellent and very fresh. Wish the calories were lower and wish the backs of all the packages were visible on the web site so all the information was easy to find.”

Below the images on each product, you'll find a tab labeled 'nutrition.' A large panel, easy to read shows up. You can compare each product to another this way, too. Your purchase of First Date Granola contains less than 1 gram of sugar, with a strong amount of fiber, as well. In the granola world, it is difficult to keep calories down given the range of ingredients we use. It might be helpful for you to compare our brand's nutrition to other granola products. “So for my first go at True North I got 3 of the no grain type granola. The original, cranberry, and mediterranean. The original was pretty good but seems to be a little heavy on the spices, however was very tasty. The cranberry was my favorite with the similar flavor of the original, but with the added tart from the cranberries. The mediterranean was not my flavor at all. There may be some that enjoy this, but to me it was over powering and I only got 2 bites in before I had to stop. Oh well... cant love them all. I will be getting more of the cranberry mix as it makes for a great breakfast while on my keto diet. Overall I was pleased with the texture and flavor.”

Hello James, I loved reading your analysis of our 3 different flavors of our Nutty No Grainers. We all have such unique pallets which is always so intriguing to me--how did this ever happen! I guess our genetic uniqueness contributes to this. The Mediterranean is our savory version with no sugar, as you know, and meant more to eat as a snack or on salads. “I love True North Granola & I love the idea of being able to order the 2 oz individual packets. My only disappointment is that I love 2 of the assortment & not crazy about the other 2. It would be perfect if I could select my own 4 flavors for the 24 variety pack. Linda Federman Kennebunkport, ME”
