“I order from True Religion 2 coats. I never received the coat. The used a carrier FedEx smartpost who marked my package as deliver. I never received anything. You can’t contact anyone in customer service. Email takes days and they don’t want to refund you if it more than one item that’s was supposed to be marked as delivered Same date and time they will refund you for one item that is marked as missing and give you the excuse of Marked as delivered for the other item.”

“Purchased 2 pairs jeans on sale cost over $200.00. FedEx delivered to wrong address. FedEx took photo of delivery of a house, I live in apartment. Several emails to cs only reply is please send address. Sent my address. No assistance. This worst shopping experience ever. Unbelievable. FedEx not helpful. Contacted FedEx within 1/2 hour of delivery to wrong address, FedEx reply, crickets. Text to TR you get oof try again 🤬”

“Worst customer service ever don't trust on them. After sell their expensive product if you need any exchange because you got wrong size they refused i contact them from their customer service as they said because tag is not attached with jeans so no more exchange.. i highly recommend don't buy True religion products. Also i will post my reviews on every social platform..”

“Do not buy this product these jeans turn your whole laundry blue each time you wash them they keep destroying your clothes. If you want to be silly and pay this price good luck. Walmart don’t even have clothes that destroy your clothes like these. Just look at the dryer sheet that’s after three times washing these.”

“Customer service is nonexistent for e-commerce. Not worth the buy to not be able to reach someone without getting ignored or encountering bots that don’t understand. I tried, live chat, email and calling.”

“TERRIBLE!!! I ORDERED 3 items WHICH WERE ON SALE FOR $99 AND used my Welcome15 to receive 15% off THE TOTAL SAID ONE AMOUNT AND THEN AFTER I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGED ME $89 to $99.99 I TRIED TO CALL THEM, CHAT, EMAIL, AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER.”

“Worst customer service I have ever seen. I tried making an order and it rejected all my cards. Tried to get a hold of someone and thats like trying to get a hold of the president. Got no where. What happened to True religion. Use to be a great brand. I love their jeans.”

“really disappointed with thier customer service i bought a denim for worth 270$ and its colour got faded and now what they are telling me is that this is gonna happen with black colour guys come on i am regular customer been 4 years with you guys never wear any other denim except TR but what you guys telling me is we cant do anything wont recommend anyone and will not buy anything from you guys”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of hoodie and 1 pair of jogger. My total was over $150.00 but they still charged me $10.00 shipping. when I email True religion they told me I should e-mail them once order will be shipped. After they ship my order I received a e-mail from True religion that they only sending me 1 pair of jean and 1 jogger. I thought they will issue me a credit and charge what they are sending me but they didn't. They charge me for 1 pair of jean and 1 Jogger same price and 2 jeans and 1 jogger and 1 hoodie. When I text message true religion and told them this is wrong and they owe a money. I explained them, send them pictures for the order and told this jeans was on sale but agent did not want to hear anything. She told me the jeans wasn't on sale. I send her screenshot for the order and told her I can also e-mail that order to her but she didn't want to hear anything. I would not purchase anything anymore from them.”

“This company has gone downhill fast. The zipper broke on a pair of jeans I bought recently. I had only worn them less than 10 times and the zipper completely tore off. The company said they won’t exchange or fix them because it’s been more than 30 days. Awful customer service!!!!!!!”

“TERRIBLE!!! BAD COMPANY!!!! I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF JEANS WHICH WERE ON SALE FOR $85 AND $95 AND THE TOTAL SAID ONE AMOUNT AND THEN AFTER I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGED ME $208. I TRIED TO CALL THEM, CHAT, EMAIL, AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER. JUST A BOT SAYING OOOF OOOF SWEET CONSTANTLY. I EMAILED AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER. THEY NEVER CANCELLED MY ORDER OR GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING. THE JEANS CAME LIKE 3 WEEKS LATER. VERY BAD QUALITY. VERY POOR QUALITY JEANS. I USED TO LOVE THE TRUE RELIGION BRAND. NOW I HATE THE ENTIRE BRAND. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WANT TO RETURN THE JEANS AND CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL. THERE WAS NO PACKING SLIP, NOTHING. NOW I'M AFRAID I MIGHT BE OUT $208 AND WITHOUT JEANS THAT FIT PROPERLY. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRUE RELIGION!!! TRY TO CALL THEIR 'SO CALLED' CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!! “Their jeans have really gone downhill in quality. It think they are taking their old short zippers and trying to use them in mid rise jeans. Because they are not fitting properly the zipper is easy to break. It came apart after 1 washing and 4 wearings. They will do nothing since I bought it elsewhere. I have old pairs over 10 years old and the zipper is still working. With what they charge they should make sure their products are high quality. Will not buy again which is too bad because their styles were very flattering at one time.”

“I wish I could give them a zero I place on order and I still haven't received my package yet and the cs and the text service are a joke. I send around five emails and keep using that text service and no one contact me back and text service keep telling me send a email. This is a joke. I guess my next step is to contact my bank.”

“True religion is a really good brand & i placed an order a couple days ago & didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email but i did get my package really soon after placing my order so i didn’t really mind that! but overall they got my order right & everything was so BEAUTIFUL!!! they also sent me 2 hats which i didn’t order so i was super exited for that & very grateful!!!! y’all are amazing!! LOVE TRUE RELIGION. on another note i don’t understand why y’all are bashing true religion…. i’m not sure why y’all are having different experiences.”
