Never order online! This was my first time ever ordering from the True Religion store online! I usually just go shopping in person but I wanted to order. Christmas gifts this was 30 days ago! I even paid for express delivery I spent $300 on coats and jackets from True Religion that were supposed to arrive on December 15, 2022! I constantly checked the routing and my package constantly stops in Florida says it’s delivering shows me a date that it will deliver and then reroutes back into Florida! I’ll never shop from this scam of a store again! I don’t understand how this is even happening with such a well known brand!

I love the style of this brand and have ordered from them many times. I have only once received a product that needed returned (acrylic paint was chipped on a pair of shoes). Customer Service got back to me within two days and after very little back and forth about the issue I was able to send them back for a new pair. I will definitely continue to spend money on this label.
