"Absolutely horrible I purchased two sweatsuits. They both came in the same package 4 items. One red one with white that wasn\u2019t white it was pink and it had a run in the sweatshirt. The material was horrible. Something you would get from SHEIN. I returned all four items and they only refunded me for 3! They said that\u2019s all they received why would I keep one pair of pants when I wasn\u2019t satisfied with the product? so obviously someone at the warehouse probably kept the pants they refunded me for two sweatshirts and two weeks later they magically found one pair of sweatpants and refunded me for those. remaining one pair of pants that supposedly have an appeared! How do a pair of pants not appear when you send all four items back in the same package it was sent in?!?!?! Absolutely horrible. I will never order or buy a true religion item ever again in my life."

“I have been trying to return some jeans and a top to get the next size down as too big but I am unable to generate a label to return and am not getting no reply from true religion. My emails have not been responded to there is no choice for me to put no response. Not even 1 star I am rating”

“I have never purchased here first time and paid for expedited shipping. My package was delayed via Fed ex. I contacted customer service via text. Their only fake source of contact. The person was cowardly rude, and inconsistent with my concern. Everyone i know will not order from here because ive alerted them of the unworthiness and hassle it took to view and rationalize my concerns. I did not hesitate to say i will never shop from True Religion again nor tell anyone i was helped properly. Bad customer service.”

“I wish I had look at these reviews before making a purchase. I have placed many orders throughout the years and have and spent a lot of money on these jeans. These are my favorite jeans and own several pair and have had some for well over 5 years and wear often. I don’t mind spending close to $200 a pair because I believe they are made well and look great. But with my last purchase about six months ago of $500 for three pairs to include two of my favorite Joey flare I was so disappointed and surprised that after only a few times of wearing them the area by the pocket ripped with all three pair. I contacted the online store and explained my situation along with pictures. They responded with a 20% refund and a 20% coupon for another purchase. I’m not sure what’s going on with quality control. I’ll never make another purchase from the online store again or in store until they get the product up to standards especially with the cost of these jeans..”

“Do not buy this product these jeans turn your whole laundry blue each time you wash them they keep destroying your clothes. If you want to be silly and pay this price good luck. Walmart don’t even have clothes that destroy your clothes like these. Just look at the dryer sheet that’s after three times washing these.”

“I bought a $179 pair of jeans. The back flap button came off, I contacted True Religion for a replacement button and provided a picture of the jeans and the button. They will not replace the button without the receipt! I purchased the jeans over a year ago and don't knkw where the receipt is as I did not expect for the button to come off a pair of jeans that I $179 for..this is very poor customer service!!”

“Placed an order on the 80 percent off website for True Religion . Paid 291.00 for 3 pairs of jeans and got a scull cap that came from China worth 3.00 in a tiny envelope. They said I can send it back and receive a credit for shipping . Don’t trust the website.It says they accept American Express and that’s a lie. They only take MasterCard because American Express don’t play with Scam websites!”
