Totalglaze replaced French doors with patio doors and sent Ricky who was on his own. He did a brilliant job and was really professional. Did the job in 2 hours, cleaned up and I am delighted with it. Well done Ricky, would highly recommend him.

Definitely a scam! They allow only positive reviews! If you write a negative review, they remove it and say it’s suspected to be fraud/fake review! No questions ask, no proofs requested, nothing. I wrote a negative review, they sent me an email that it’s been removed, I sent proofs even though they didn’t ask and on top of that we won our case through owmbudsman so no, I don’t exaggerate but Trustpilot don’t care. I think the companies pay them to keep only positive reviews! See my emails from them attached. Will never use the platform to review or to read reviews! Definitely not to be trusted

They claim I am not a real person writing a real review and that I am not with the company I was reviewing. The company told them to take it down so they did and asked me for evidence to prove it is real. Despite showing bank payments, emails from the company themselves and a screenshot of what my review was about (logged into the companies website!) They confirmed that despite the evidence shown that I and my review is fake. When I asked them how they can say I was not a real customer they advised they cannot tell me what specifically the company has said which goes to show they don't actually have any evidence at all as they would show it like i showed mine. Trustpilot is dishonest to consumers and protects companies which is completely against what they claim to be, independent and trustworthy. Not a service that can be trusted at all and if they truly didn't moderate reviews or take them down at the request of companies as it states on line that they do not, then why would my review be in question? All lies to protect companies and real consumers are not able to warn other potential consumers of real issues so they can make informed decisions. How trustpilot is even running at all let alone under that name is crazy. Cannot be trusted at all.

Trustpilot are corrupt and can not be trusted, i had a terrible experience using EVRI "Hermes" when my parcel was dumped opened and relieved of its contents on my front porch, the driver was actually seen doing a runner. I left my review that was removed by Trustpilot who asked for personal details, not only did i provide my details but also pictures and documentation regarding my review and the state of the parcel, they will now not give any explanation but simply remove it, having checked out some reviews of Trustpilot on other platforms it seems they are doing this more and more often and are being paid by corrupt companies to have negative reviews removed. Do not trust them..

Company has removed 7+ of my reviews left on the site throughout the years. For a company that is powered by the crowdsourced data of its users it's laughable that they just remove your reviews without clearly saying why. Will be using Google to review websites / stores in the future.

Lying and protecting corrupt companies and constantly removing truthful and honest reviews which include pictures and documentation of evidence. I no longer trust their reviews as they too are corrupt. They refused to accept this picture as evidence showing my parcel as left on my porch by EVRI (HERMES), the parcel was already late and turned up ripped open with the contents removed.

There's no Trust in Trustpilot In the high-octane world of business and personal development, where integrity and transparency are as vital as the air we breathe, my recent encounter with Trustpilot left a sour taste that no amount of sugar coating can sweeten. Picture this: I engaged in a genuine transaction with SuccessResources, investing not just my money but my faith in their 3Day seminar in Amsterdam, and then I shared my authentic experience on Trustpilot. What happens next? Trustpilot slaps my company with a label of, pay attention - Selling fake reviews -, a claim as baseless as accusing a bird of talking! We are a registered Educational Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, nothing to do with selling fake reviews. Despite arming myself with indisputable proof of my participation (yes, an invoice that's as real as the ground you walk on), Trustpilot stood unmoved, as if my genuine attempt at clarity was invisible to them. Not one to retreat without a fight, I aimed another arrow of truth by reviewing Trustpilot itself, sharing my experience. The irony? This review was flagged as fake. Despite presenting a fortress of evidence, including screenshots and case numbers (Ticket number: ******* is one of them) my truth was dismissed, tossed aside like yesterday's news. This ordeal wasn't just an eye-opener but a clear call to all seekers of genuine feedback platforms: Trustpilot, in its current state, seems more like a court of kangaroos, where evidence leaps through hoops only to be dismissed into the void! Everyone should question to seek transparency, and to demand a platform where our voices, backed by solid proof, are respected and acknowledged. Trustpilot, in this instance, failed to measure up to these standards, leaving a trail of questions about its commitment to genuine, unadulterated feedback..

This company needs to be investigated as they are PAID BY BUSINESS’S TO CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY RECEIVE. THE MORE THEY PAY THE BETTER THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVE. Vinted allow Trustpilot to control the amount of negative feedback they receive. Trustpilot have removed ALL of my feedbacks for Vinted even after evidence of my experience was provided via email which they ignored when sending by email. WHY REQUEST EVIDENCE THEN?!! I then tried writing another review which I received an email to say it was published then later I got an email to say it was removed as it was flagged up not to be genuine. Even after providing screenshots from the Vinted app they rejected it as it did not show a ‘domain url’ and my full name. ARE YOU THICK TRUSTPILOT?! Majority use an app and everyone uses something called a USERNAME not their full name. The screen shot with their logo and messages to me ARE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. But it is obvious they will try any excuse/tactic to not publish a negative review for Vinted but if you look at Vinted 5 star reviews, 99.9% are FAKE. I will also mention that all my previous reviews for other companies were published… DODGY? THIS IS FOWL PLAY. I would not believe 90% + of positive feedbacks on this site as there are 1000’s that are FAKE.

I’m really upset with trustpilot right… I’m really upset with trustpilot right now Four months ago I left a review on now pensions. I have two work pensions with now. I had an issue back in November and left a review. Trust pilot reached out to me through the review site and they came up with a solution for my issue. I have documentation that they dealt with my issue and everything was all good. I forgot about everything then four months later I get a email from trustpilot that now has flagged my review as suspicious of fake. How can they say that when they dealt with the issue and resolved it? You asked me to send evidence so I sent you emails between me and now, I sent a copy of my pension dated within the last six months but trust pilot told me they can’t accept my letter because it was dated more than 12 months ago , if my letter that I sent you is November 23 how is that more 12 months ago? so you’re not accepting my letter cause you said it’s 12 months out of date? Well I think you need to get new integrity officer because he has no integrity. I have sent you screenshots of my payments that I’ve made and been paying up till January 1 of this year. So how is that not within the last year ? you can take the review of now down if you like, it proves you’re a dishonest firm and what are now giving you to bully me into taking me review down ? I’ll just write another and I have written another. I’ve written another elsewhere somewhere where they get more views than you. I think you’ve been absolutely completely shady here I feel you are completely working with an Angle and because now didn’t like my review, and they shouldn’t be in business if they don’t like reviews and if they don’t like bad reviews they shouldn’t be in business definitely and to be honest neither should you because you don’t know how to do business, I’ve sent my proof which you don’t like, why I have no idea, the date of within the last six months of needed proof date I think you should not be in business either, I’m taking my pension elsewhere. I won’t be using your platform no more You have completely bullied me and basically called me a liar and a fraudster My letter proof says Nov 23 and they told me the letter is dated April 23 there is something bad going on here

Trustpilot deleted my review pointing out that a company was using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and a fake Trustpilot review count as well as fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. The company has no 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, they have ALL 1 Star reviews, yet their website is full of 5 star Trustpilot reviews - so these are obviously fake. Their website says TrustScore 4.7 from 8398 - the actual figures on Trustpilot are 1.6 from 21 reviews. (As an aside, interesting how 21 one star reviews gives a TrustScore of 1.6 rather than 1.0 - given that you would assume it's based on an average and nobody gave more than 1 as all 21 reviews are one star reviews. ) Anyway TLDR - Trustpilot deleted my genuine review because it pointed out that a company was using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and fake review count. You think they would have an issue with the company abusing their brand name and consumers in this way rather than with the person pointing this out - but I guess not. P.S. The same company UAB Commerce Core are using a fake Trustpilot TrustScore and review count on at least a dozen websites - when I alerted Trustpilot to this via Twitter they said I should report it (12 times presumably) using their online whistleblower form. Why? I already alerted them and provided multiple screenshots as proof - why should I spend more of my time doing their job for them for free!

I keep trying to leave a review of Cashplus Bank but oddly Trustpilot keep blocking it stating no evidence. I sent them screenshots and emails too but I fear this company is bought and paid for, so to speak. Very sinister. My opinion was to warn others about this bank and Google reviews of it back me up but not good enough for Trustpilot. Wierd and sinister.

I truthfully and accurately reviewed 5 companies (one hotel, one guitar store, two software companies and a printing service) and gave them positive reivews for the most part. Ive had slight issues (price increases, etc) with two of them and i factually called those out. None of my reviews were less than three stars. I got an email from trust pilot not even 30 min later saying my reviews were removed and my account had been DELETED because they think i lied about them. I can easily prove I work with and have been to all of the businesses i reviewed. But because my reviews were not insane, negative and filled with clearly false information, trust pilot removed them. They cant charge the company to improve their rating if they have decent ratings i guess... such a scam. Going to the BBB with this.

I am here to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my experience on Trustpilot. My submitted review for prepaidify.com, reflecting my authentic and negative encounter with the company, was unexpectedly removed. Your Content Integrity Team cited an inability to verify its authenticity as the reason for its removal. Responding promptly to your request, I supplied the required documentation, including the order confirmation and proof of payment, to substantiate the legitimacy of my review. Despite these efforts, my review remains deleted, prompting me to question the transparency of Trustpilot's content moderation process. In a subsequent communication, I expressed my concern that Trustpilot might be collaborating with prepaidify.com to suppress unfavorable reviews. While I acknowledge the importance of upholding platform credibility, the lack of transparency in the decision-making process raises significant doubts about Trustpilot's commitment to unbiased reviews. I kindly request a reconsideration of your decision and the reinstatement of my review. It is disheartening to consider that Trustpilot, a platform founded on the principles of transparent consumer feedback, might compromise these ideals. If, after providing the requested documentation, my review still fails to meet your standards, it raises serious questions about the fairness and efficacy of your review verification process. This experience has genuinely disappointed me, as I expected a higher standard from a platform dedicated to fostering transparency and trust. I sincerely hope you give due consideration to my concerns and address them promptly.

Trust Pilot will hold fake reviews and even when shown proof of the fake reviews they will still keep them, also reviews that are pure heat speech and racist comments even after flagging will be left there. This is just making the TrustPilot a platform of fake reviews and any one who pays to a comapny in India can boost there company profile for as little as £50 compeared to Trust Pilot Subscription £250 a month, the choise is obveouse if Trust pilot will not monitore any reviews the option is fake reviews to boost the SEO and company awarenes, and to hide the bad reviews this can be done by just multiple good reviews I have seen this for the competitors company where in a week they have gained 100 new 5 star reviews and that's ok with Trust Pilot so there is nothing to lose only better SEO if fake reviewing your own company even though I think this is demotivating any one who is actually doing genuine work! TrustPilot Business model has 0 Quality Control and anyone can add 5 Starts to their own business and leave 1 starts to competitors and damage there reputation. Here are Attached a Screenshots.

Absolutely disgusting wrote a review about a terrible experience I had with a company on there as at the time I was naive enough to think that’s what people done the company was a solicitor firm called wainwrightcummings just in case anyone has the misfortune of thinking of using them but either way cut a long story short and a terrible absolutely terrible experience with them wrote a review trustpilot asked for proof said they would remove it if not after some back and forth between them and I I gave them the documentation they said my review would then be verified and then to my surprise removed my review said it was fraudulent after literally confirming it was not complete fraud of a company clearly if the business at hand pays for their services then you can’t write a genuine review about them do not trust them
