“I could remember a time when I used my tuition fee to invest in a crypto platform , thinking that I was going to make enormous profits out of it because and it looked very promising , I then invested a total of $16500 and was expecting $37000 in total return within 7 days after trading is completed , as I was told from the initial start before I even invested …. It got to the tenth day and I tried withdrawing my profit and noticed that I had been blocked from the website and couldn’t reach them in anyway , I was helpless and confused at that point but luckily enough I was able to work with a recovery hacking specialist that was able to trace back my money with the transaction hash and their wallet address , he got back my total profit which I’m grateful to him and same goes with my friend who introduced me to him , he has been working with him for over 3 years on varieties of other jobs .. less I forget .. here is his direct email contact : Elitespytech @ gmail . com and Telegram as well @ ELITESPYTECH WhatsApp|Text: +1 (440) 375 ‑ 1384 instagram: Elitetechspy”

“Never had an issue with Turbo. I love the sites that the listings are uploaded to. The response is great. My only problem is when I deactivate the listings some sites take more than 72 hrs or more sometimes to take it down and I just let people know it can take a while.”

“Tried many different software and believe I have found the best so far. I would be in complete love with the software if they had a better accounting program. Right now I use turbo tenant for all my rental needs and quick books for my accounting. Thank you for doing a great job, at a great price.”

“You changed the website from the last time I used it. It took me some time to figure out how to reply to leads. I like the website. I would like to do a video, but thus far I haven't figured out how to do it.”

“I have three rental units, and TurboTenant had been a major time saver. I loved the lease agreement provision, it makes sure I stay within the California State laws that apply to landlords and rentals. The rent payment option is great as well. I would pay twice what you charge I like it so much! Thank you!”

“Comprehensive investment property management software tool. We were able to have our applicants screened (credit report, criminal history and eviction history), draw up a lease agreement and manage payment directly through their portal. We only have one property now, but this suite has the capability to manage multiple investment properties. It's an incredible deal and well worth the premium membership for the all-inclusive functionality it offers.”

“TurboTenant's screening process is invaluable. I've always been taught that finding the right tenants is one of the biggest success factors for landlords. Not only does TurboTenant have integrated applications that keeps sensitive info secure, they also have thorough screening reports that include income insights (so helpful when validating information on the application), credit scores, plus criminal and eviction history.”

“Turbo Tenant does NOT VERIFY that a poser is in fact the OWNER or REGISTERED AGENT for a property to be listed. A scammer stole my pictures and all my information and claimed to be the owner, posting fraudulently on TURBO TENANT. TURBO TENANT postings go out to many other sites thus multiplying the scammer's reach. Within 24 hours, the fictious posting was taken down, but not before a person SHOWED UP ON MY TENANT'S DOOR WANTING TO SEE THE FAKE LISTED APARTMENT. The innocent victim immediately went to the local police and I reported to the FBI. BEWARE and STAY AWAY from TURBO TENANT!”
