“I like using the app. I wish it gave me a little better detail on the dashboard. Like who paid, who signed leases, easier to see instead of having to go into payments, or each lease and look if it’s been signed. But otherwise it is a great platform!!”

“I love entering in expenses quickly as they occur. The scheduled ACH transfer for tenants is easy. Sending them bills for reimbursement on utilities is easy. The lease was pretty strait forward. The payments in the app could use some work- send me to the website each time. Basic accounting for less $ would be nice. Being able to edit the lease instead of losing your work if you want to go back and add something was a little frustrating not being able to toggle back and forth. Overall a great app. I’ve told two of my investor friends about it.”

“TurboTenant offers great value. I use it to pre-screen tenants, and I use their application too. I use the Lease for my state (PA) and the payment portal for deposits and rents. When I run into any difficulty the CS response is always same day. Next I plan to try out the Showings Schedule. Give TT a try!”
