“TUTORCARE: my best professional decision of 2023
"To be or not to be? This is the question." But, my question was " to be with WHO?".
Last year I have decided to follow Level 3 NVQ/RQF in Adult Care. I ve found so many learning providers with different prices, the same mandatory modules to study, some recognized by City Guilds etc some not. Very hard to decide. I ve sent emails with questions to few selected learning providers. Some learning providers answered to me like robots, repeating their information provided on their website, but they were not provided explicitly answers to my specific questions. Some treated me with a condescending attitude and superiority like I was little dumb....I don't give example names of some not nice learning providers here. All my investigations on finding the proper learning provider took me almost one month. I have got information about another l.provider accredited by City Guilds from friends. They complained that their tutors spent a lot of time to send feedback saying that she was in holiday etc and she sent the next assignment /module only after she got corrected feedback and whole thing lasted more than a month for an assignment. The final purpose was shown to be that the l.provider granted free tutor only for a year and then they always proposed to their students a paid extension!!! Tricky! And a lot of other hidden things and tricks ...One of my friends couldn't finish her course with S learning provider because they have avoided to support her with fast tutor feedback and, eventually they didn't answered her emails at all. I ve read on Trustpilot that they said they had thousands of clients since 2008. However, on Trustpilot they have only 85 reviews from " thousands"🤣🤣🤣! I m really happy that I didn't went with them!
After a month I ve finally had a phone chat with Rebecca from Tutorcare. She was extremely patient and kind, explaining me everything I ve asked.
She convinced me to go with Tutorcare.
We seriously agree about the course, its value and payment in 3 installments.
It's true that I ve received many invitations to pay my installments even they were already paid. I ve send them email about that and I was called immediately by a person from financial department who explained me how their payments software is working. I understood. The COMMUNICATION is the Key of Success! And Tutorcare did it perfectly for me, fulfilling my expectations.
My tutor was Kelly. An absolutely lovely, kind and always helpful and "present there"person. She always answered to me within 24hrs. If I ve asked different legal things to support me she tried to do all her best. I really felt her extremely SUPPORTIVE , trying to help me effectively. Now my tutor is Monique with who I had a phone chat. She was very nice, kind and kept her promises about the next assignment.
Rebecca, Kelly, Monique and all other staff who was in touch with me made me very happy of my wise choice of TUTORCARE as my learning provider for Level 3 RQF in Adult Care. Keep in touch, guys and good luck in your studies!”
“I don't recommend anyone to use this company. they are scammers. was searching for online course and came across this company .after a day somebody called me using their mobile number giving me the equation over the phone. the next day they had sent any invoice to pay in full immediately . I did ask them if I can make a payment plan but refused wanted it in full. i did therefore informed that i wont take their service. they never sent any contract for me sigh or any information about the course . every day they have been calling 3 times a day and sending emails demanding 100% fee of cancellation. there was no cancellation policy. sent”

“**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**Like the previous review just before. I never confirmed a start date, merely just said I was interested and then get handed an invoice. No signed TOB’s not even an email confirmation to say I have confirmed I would like to start the course, nothing.
I sent two emails following on from all their harassing calls and emails demanding payment to then be issued with a CCJ against my business and a warrant of control! Absolutely disgusting.
I then received a phone call from a senior account manager Michael Milham who was rude, belligerent and aggressive down the phone when I called to complain about this. I said to him considering I have not confirmed I wanted to start, not discussed a start date, not used any of their time/resources or course material I don’t know what I being invoiced for. Before I could even finish my sentence, he was talking over me and trying to completely domineer the conversation.
I said that I will not be paying the CCJ and intend to dispute it, his response? “Hah Fair Play, good luck to you”
I am appalled, disgusted and absolutely in total shock at this joke of a company

Be VERY Careful because they are a hard selling company and harass you by calling you constantly and then pin you down to find a provisional date and then BANG they send an invoice. I had never confirmed and the course wasn't even going to be for months and yet they wanted full payment upfront. Then you will get loads of calls and emails and before you know it a demand from court and then a fine.
To be honest I am so upset by how they handed me as a small business owner.
I would never recommend them. In fact I would avoid them.
This is not to say the trainers are not good, as I know they use freelancers who are not to do with the running of the company. I just hope they pay them well. But I very much doubt it.
I am still upset about the way the handled me even when they could hear I was distressed and upset.”

“The trainer herself delivered with eloquence and expertise. The course content was good but repeated itself a little where extra content could have been added. There were also different learner levels so as a Trainer myself I had to go back to basics which was again time that I would have prefered to learn new skills. Overall though, the course was enjoyable.”
