“To follow up from my last review. Had a reputable company come to assess the damage done . They took photos of my aerial which had been DISCONNECTED by TV aerial company. They also said they couldn't believe we had been quoted in excess of £600 to improve our reception. This company is seriously out to rip off the public and vulnerable pensioners like us.”
“Wish I had read reviews before booking an appointment. We had 194 channels before they arrived when they left we had 75!!!.Plus we were told it would cost over £600 to increase the quality of the reception but not guaranteed. Our reception is now so poor we cannot watch ANY channels, what on earth were they doing?? They obviously sabotage your existing equipment to gain your business. We are pensioners and have clearly been ripped off absolutely disgusted with this firm.”
