“Dear Twiggy Tags Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order for two dog leads with carabiner-style clips placed on 15 January 2026, totalling €95 including delivery to Ireland. Shortly after dispatch, I was contacted by An Post advising that there was an issue with the customs declaration form, which had not been completed correctly by your company. I was informed that the items would be reshipped. It has now been almost six weeks since the original order date. I have not received the leads, a replacement shipment, tracking confirmation, . I have made multiple attempts to contact you via email and social media, providing my phone number and tracking details, but I have received no response. This situation is extremely disappointing. The leads were purchased specifically for safety reasons, as one of my dogs can escape a traditional clip. As a result of this failure to deliver, my dogs have missed out on regular walks due to safety concerns. Under consumer protection legislation, I am entitled to either receive the goods paid for or obtain a full refund where goods are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe. At this stage, six weeks is far beyond reasonable. I am therefore formally requesting one of the following within 7 days of this email: Written confirmation of immediate reshipment with valid tracking details, or A full refund of €95 to my original payment method. If I do not receive a response within this timeframe, I will have no option but to pursue the matter further through formal public reviews outlining my experience and will not stop until someone contacts me from Twiggy Tags via a Phone Call I hope this can be resolved promptly and professionally. “I ordered a few items from Twiggy tags and I'm really happy with the quality tge 1 item had been delivered to the wrong address and I had trouble locating it but thanks to Ella who managed to get a screen shot from royal mail I was able to locate it. I would highly recommend Twiggy tags to anyone. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable. The communication is also very good and respons us fast. Very happy customer 😀”

“I have had numerous items from twiggy tags over the last couple of years, from collar and harnesses to their trekbright light (which I’ve purchased twice as I lost my first one 🤦🏼‍♀️) The quality of the products are fantastic. I like that the harness doesn’t have to slip over the head, I can adjust many parts of the harness to get the perfect fit for my dog.”

“Really nice feeling and light harness fits amazing on my elderly whippet! Needed another size as I ordered one to small and they fixed it and resent another harness with no fuss thank you so much! My picture will not so justice as he wanted to go out as soon as I put it on!”

“We originally saw this collar and lead at crufts, available on back order. It looked great so we payed and waited. When they eventually arrived, it was immediately apparant that we had ordered the wrong collar size. Twiggy tags gave us precise instructions on returns and posted a replacement the moment they had ours back. Communication was excellent and proved to be one of the most helpful customer service experiences I have had to date. Such a helpful company deserves the parise. The collar and lead themselves are fantastic with the ordance survey style graphics, over green bakground looking amazing. The build quality is first rate and very secure. My only minor gripe is that the carrabiner fastening on the lead is a little bulky compared with the traditional J-hook style but the auto lock feature gives a feeling of strength and security that the latch is foolproof. in conclusion, I can say that the style, build quality and customer service are all reasons why we will be repeat customers. Well done all at Twiggy Tags.”

“I bought a harness for my cockerpoo. It is multi coloured and the colours look great against her black coat, we get many compliments on it. It fits really well, unlike our previous ones and is very light even though it has a handy grab handle. Also the fastenings are easy to use, we've found many are too stiff for weaker hands. An excellent and stylish product, thank you!”
