“I wanted a Christmas present for my wife and emailed the company in early September asking if a propogator that was currently in stock would be available for delivery before Christmas. No reply after two weeks so I ordered one elsewhere.”

“I have requested a catalogue on several occasions and received nothing I was given a catalogue from a friend and placed an order for 3 items I am still waiting for the item's two west and Elliott are pathetic and shouldn't be allowed to trade”

“Bought 3 veg cages for almost £250 when they came they weren't wrapped separately and the free netting came in what looked like one roll . On trying to put the cages together I couldn't get the metal tubes into the fixings , when I got in touch I was told to use washing up liquid as they needed to be tight . Also said I could send back but at my own expense and they would "look" at a refund . I persevered and although it took some of the plastic of the fittings when putting the poles in the washing up liquid made things easier . On doing this I have to have the poles on the patio and some of the green paint which I had paid extra for came off . Finally the netting wasn't all on one roll , but I didn't find this out until I had cut the first piece to size . the second piece wasn't long enough so I have had to put a piece in . Complained via a letter which took over a month to receive a reply to and then they covered themselves saying that I had damaged the paint and therefore they would do nothing . also said they would have sent fresh netting had I asked but they didn't send me any with the letter despite knowing I was short . I used to like Two Wests (not least because of the dogs) but i shan't be going back there as most of the stuff can be bought elsewhere . Ver Very disappointed with the attitude especially as other companies have bent over backwards to be helpful in these trying times .”

“I ordered a Victorian greenhouse from this company. It was very poor quality, corners broken, all wood ends splintered, in parts so rough that even sanding impossible as the parts dimension would have been altered so would not have fitted any longer at assembly. I left a review on their website to warn others but this does not show. Why asking for reviews? Do only the good ones make it onto the site??”

“On 14 August 2020 I ordered two water butts from the company. The price charged by them was about £20-00 more than other suppliers but I chose them because they intimated on their website that the particular butts I was after were in stock, and I was in a hurry. In the event, I discovered that other suppliers received stock about a week later for immediate delivery, and when I received an invoice from Twowests, it stated that they had only placed an order from the manufacturers on 18th August, and I eventually only received them on 1st September. Shocking service, more expensive price, and false information on their website.”

“I was repeatedly lied to by this company about when the product would arrive. I bought on the basis of 14 day delivery. when that didn't happen I chased and was told it was now 4 weeks. That passed and I was told it was still coming. Now I've been told 6 weeks after I bought the thing that they never had one and that they can't buy it and send it to me. I see this as a dishonest lying company who kept my money, lied about delivery and now have let me down. Avoid them at all costs - there are so many other options on the web that you don't need to deal with people like these.”
