“AVOID. Ordered products but failed to deliver as per deadline. Failed to respond to 4 emails requesting an update and information. Failed to provide refund of deposit. Still no communication from TWS.”

Had issues with original window order being incorrect and incomplete but eventually got there. Then when returning miss shapen facia corners Clive was arrogant and unhelpful. This wasn't the first time Clive has had a poor attitude. This a shame because the other staff are helpful. Consequently the bulk of our order will not now be placed with them.”
