Souq.com has no right to take back their sold, paid items just because i didnt pick the item within 7 working days. I paid , means its mine.. by all laws in the world you cannot take back what you sold unless the customer accepts. I went to pick the item but they told me the courier took it back and they will issue a refund.. i asked to keep it, i bought it because i need it. Still they were not helpful. They only said purchase the item again, this purchase will be refunded. The items are more expensive than what i paid previously!!!! The customer service is too bad!

do not buy anything from this website, recently i purchased one mobile from them, i got a defected mobile with several issues, when i returned the item they did not given me the refund. they are saying that the seller said the item is good, end of the day i end up using a defected mobile, i recommend do not buy even a single item from this web site.

DO NOT TRUST! PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED ON SAID DATE. MISSING ORDERS. POOR COURIER COMMUNICATION. WORST SERVICE. POOR REFUND SYSTEM. It has been 1 WEEK since I ordered from souq. Website tracking says "DELIVERED" but i STILL haven't received my order. I have followed up several times with their customer support- it seems like nobody is taking action. Not to mention order is "FULFILLED BY SOUQ". Truly disappointing. Better trust another website.

horrible customer service mostly they don't have the product with supplier when you request cancellation and refund they'll make you call them for weeks and cannot process a simple cancellation use alternatives but dont use souq

I brought a product and it was missing items. I had a family emergency and didn't open the package for 5 weeks. When I did, i noticed the missing items. I callef and ask for them to be sent, they said no. Rubbish.

WORST E-COM PLATFORM.. I had purchased oppo phone from souq.com and they delivered a fraud/duplicate set of OPPO as the device number written on the set and which is mentioned inside phone were different and the set has all malfunction starting from rooting, automatic screen moving, speaker problem etc. etc.. When we raised complaint to souq they just gave us the dealer number to check with them without taking any action. And when we contacted the dealer he was very rude and after convincing him (As we had already paid to the phone) he was ready to replace the set. Unfortunate to mention that he has hundreds of duplicate OPPO sets in his warehouse and the second set which we received was also duplicate which indirectly means souq is delivering fraud items.

WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. clicked on same day delivery option thinking id get it at work. didnt show up, i am still waiting as we speak for a week. everyday i get a call from a new delivery guy telling me he is coming in 1 hour. i have waited around and passed on many other things i had to do. One delivery guy that told me he is almost at my location did not show up for 5 hours, upon calling him, he tells me he hasn't received the package..... WING, WILL BE THE DOWNFALL OF SOUQ. VERY INEFFICIENT.

Hi Guys, I ordered JBL clip3 from Souq.com with the supplier name iJoy and they delivered me the counterfeit product which looks completely original but is fake.

Horrible Experience!!! I have purchased a refrigerator from Souq.com. Item was damaged and I requested a refund that my item is eligible for. Since 2 weeks I have been following up with Souq.com but they just ignore my request and not willing to fulfill their responsibilities. First of all, I would like to highlight that souq.com sells defective items. Second, they are not willing to abide refund policy.

Do not order via souq.com. Never!!!!! The actual prices upon delivery will be very different. Much more higher. If u will order several items. They will deliver separately and will charge u for delivery of each item . Avoid!!!!!

This website is embarrassing for Amazon. From user interface to information available to customers, this website is pathetic. There is LIMITED information on each product. In fact the only information they provide is completely useless to decision making for the customer. IF you find the product on Souq.com- most likely its from Amazon Global and you will pay 2-3x the price of the item in shipping. Its just not worth it. So the customer ends up wearing a blind fold and choosing lesser of the evil from the lot of choices. Also the quality of products is horrid. Photos that are posted are not regulated and can be completely different from what you will receive. The whole experience on this site is a gamble. Reviews are- USELESS. Most are just "I like." "Vry gud." Great, thanks for encouraging the customer to be more specific, provide more information, expand on their experience.. Useless, pathetic, and vague website.

so all of a sudden i just cannot login to my own profile. First it rejects my password then also rejects my contact number. And what makes it worse is there no email id or customer service email to report this. Souq has literally become the worst ecommerce site ever since amazon took over it, and so so inconvenient. Most products are poor quality but not like i had any high expectations and i would sometimes still manage to get what i need, BUT now its impossible to even order anything.

Souq.com is the MOST unorganized online company I have ever dealt with in my entire life, and I do all of my shopping online. I live in the uae and ordered my stuff on Saturday for it to be delivered Sunday so that I could prepare for Valentines day. Obviously, if my order is late, Valentines day wont be as special. I specified that my order be delivered to my location at 6pm so that I would be there to pay for it. Every day for the past 3 days they have brought it to my location at 12pm. I let it pass on Sunday, come Monday, when i recieved a call at 12pm saying my delivery was at my location, I asked the delivery boy to bring it back at 6pm. When he did not show up I called the souq.com customer care center who informed me that they would bring it the following day between 6-9pm to my location. Tuesday comes along and I didnt recieve my order, so I call customer care again who tell me that they have no information about this and that they will bring it the following day. At this point, I’m livid. There was only a day left till Valentines day and I had not recieved my order. Today, at exactly 12pm I recieve a call from the delivery boy saying that he is at my location. I’m furious. I call customer care and I am put on hold for an elongated period of time and then informed that the delivery will be brought to my current location. I was told to call the courier company Qexpress, which I did, only for them to tell me that they were not aware of anything that the customer care had said to me. He called me “my lady” to calm me down. I am enraged at the lack of organization and efficiency with this company and it will be the LAST time I associate with souq.com. Disgusting and rediculous.

I ordered a dehumidifier and when I got it and turned it on it immediately start making a loud noise and I tried to return it but the seller said it doesn't make any noises! I wasn't lieing! I really needed it and I've been on the market for one we were back and forth on emails with the seller and souq and no one was helpful, the seller said it works fine with no noise and people at souq they either tell us they will call us in 2 days and no one calls or just email us that they can't return it. the seller wouldn't even exchange it for us! this was the worst experience with souq I used to live in USA and I used to shop at Amazon a lot but never had a bad experience I'm going to try and contact amazon for this bad service that I got from the seller and souq

I ordered laptop but recieved absolutely differ model, after that i been waiting when delivery come and take item and them deliver it to seller. For 1 week im still waiting what s going further
