I had a delivery driver issue with my order and wasn't able to resolve it through the app but I contacted them on several other avenues and they refunded me and also are investigating the complaint! I appreciate them for actually helping me thank u

Terrible experience, I ordered a delivery and received the incorrect order. I asked the driver to redeliver my order which he advised he is unable to do so and to contact the following number 0800 088 5663. however, after being on hold for 20 mins the adviser on the phone advised due to policy I am unable to retrieve a refund. He was rude and hung up the phone. Would not recommend. Service - 0, price - 0, delivery - 0, returns and refund - 0

So I lost my money 70 pounds and the driver ended up with the food for free ?????? now saying the supermarket doesn’t accept returns, it makes you wonder why the driver is so keen to say no one was home so they can get the food for free, because the supermarket won’t accept food back because of non delivery This company won’t say what happens to the food (that supposedly was undeliverable ? But I think the drivers end up with the food!!!!!!!!!!! Which makes you wonder??????? no contact delivery" so no waiting would be needed.

Horrible, horrible, horrible will NEVER from Uber Eats again. Uber driver started that he didn’t speak English and kept hanging up the phone. Uber agent assured me that the driver was at the restaurant picking up my food 3 +hours later, I get a notification that they cancelled my order due to delivery failure and issued me a refund.

UberEATS receive my payment for an oder, but I only received half of the oder, they did want to refund what did not receive or replace it, I am not here to give away money. So I Uninstalled the app. UberEATS account.

Used to be great. Now suck! Very poor customer service. Food over one hour late lately with 2 orders. Uber eats Cancelled a pre-ordered meal with 5 minute notice prior to a business lunch they were supposed to supply. Uber eats purchased Postmates and we experienced similar issues. Hoping they don’t buy out DoorDash. Lookin like a anti-trust issue.

Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.
