I used Uber a lot, even had the membership and all, but ever since I cancelled my membership, I’ve been having issue after issue with the services. 2 days in a row did my driver did not deliver my food, the first one they refunded my money and the second and they stated they couldn’t refund me and would not tell me why even tho I had PROOF that my food wasn’t delivered. And I continued to ask how are they staying they determined that they can’t refund me and they kept giving me an automated message. Definitely will no longer be using Uber eats anymore. Worst come to shove I’ll have to go back to DoorDash cuz all the issues with drivers and now the costumer service is insane to me.

I am a senior citizen and I get an email from Uber that says Macdonalds Big Mac buy one get one free and when I order I get just one burger I raised it with Uber eats and am told I need to order 2 Big Macs to get charged for one at every step in the order there are no prompts Seniors first timers beware

Uber Eats sucks. there is no customer service. I placed an order online burrito bowl - got few leaves of lettuce and little cheese. No way to reach Chipotle restaurant where I ordered from. no one pick up the phone and uber eats don't care. non refundable. no customer service at all. I will never use Uber eats.

If I could give them a score less than 1 star than I would. Horrible horrible horrible. I was and have been paying for Uber One, which had a different name before, and supposedly for a better service. I use them religiously weekly if not more, typically spending 100+ dollars every time. Even with that my experience with their customer support has been horrible and apparently based on their overall rating its not just me. So what happened? I decided to order some food and as usual we did so. It was right around 1PM if not a little earlier. As normal I received the message that the food was on its way and started watching the map. The delivery person started to move but the stopped right before leaving the parking lot. There was no movement for more an hour after that and the "time for arrival", which means absolutely nothing in the end, and at this point was around 2:34 (image attached), just kept being extended. I knew I couldn't cancel myself or I would be charged so I got in contact with the "super Uber One support". I didn't note the name of the person but he investigated the situation for various minutes and said that the delivery person wouldn't respond to him either. HE THEN SUGGESTED THAT WE CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE ITS TAKING SO LONG. He did yhe cancellation on his side NOT ME and apologized for the issue. He even gave me a discount for the next order. So the next day I recieve a receipt for the full amount of the order charged to my card saying that since the restaurant made the food already I had to pay for it. WTH. I didn't cancel, Uber Eats cancelled. So I get ahold of Uber explaining the situation and this time Im speaking with Omar. All Omar has to say is because I've had issues with missing items from restaurants before then I'm not eligible for refund. We aren't talking about missing items, we are talking about an entire order that didn't arrive because their support team cancelled it. I repeated my concern and Omar just repeated the same thing and in part gave me the impression that he didnt even read my response. There are many more services nowadays and Uber Eats is no longer the monopoly. We need to find services that really value their customers. I'm done with them.

You should never order from here... They leave your order on the street where you're not located. You will never receive your order. The delivery people don't even know how to get your location then they just dump your food anywhere on the street and confirm that is delivered. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL REGRET it there will be no resolution!!!

No way to add zero but that’s what I would have given. Ordered via KFC app and Uber eats were delivering. The order never arrived. I rang Uber eats and was told that they can see the driver arrived at the address and waited a reasonable time so they will not refund the order. I argued that the driver did not call me and did not leave the food but they told me there’s nothing they can do and will not refund. They then said the driver called me 4 times but he hadn’t, I was the one who tried to call the driver but his phone was unreachable. I asked if the driver took the food back and I could go and collect myself. They said they will not comment on that and I need to ring KFC myself and see what they say. So because the driver apparently arrived and waited a reasonable he’s entitled to the food I paid for? That’s awful and a fraud. What guarantee is there then that the driver won’t just take the food without even trying to deliver. I went to KFC and initially they said the driver took the food so they had done their bit and there’s nothing they could do. But another lady eventually packed us the order for which we were grateful even though some of the food we had ordered was no longer available. I would never use Uber eats personally as this has happened to me before but unfortunately KFC uses them. Avoid them at all costs!

Horrible, incredible lack of attention I placed a large order of 500 USD (10,000 Pesos more or less). The delivery man couldn't find any product even though everything was there (my friend also bought me something at the same time and found everything...he didn't even find tomatoes, onions, olives, capers) this carrier didn't have any will to work properly just wanted to finish without following any of the item I asked, I explained to him that I also made the I asked for water because I was going to have surgery and for a month or more I won't be able to go out and he was trying to buy only 6 liters. It took 2 hours more than the estimated time as each single stuff he asked me a replace (my phone was ringing every minute....) and in the end he deleted the order because realized that didn't want to take everything I ordered. I contacted the support and they did not support me, they just said that they were very sorry but they did not block the deliver, they did not place a new order, they did not refund me anything for my time or my purchase and the money is still not in my account. Very unprofessional since they bought Cornershop, the quality went really down, there were issues also with Cornershop but at least their customer support help you or give you voucher and refund if the situation was unprofessional (never like today). I do not recommend at all ubereats better you delete your accounts and use other more professional apps. PS Update, I contacted them other 2 times. The second agent just closed the communication. The third one escalated to a manager whom didn't contact me yet.

I placed an order on 03/16/2024 at 10:50 pm order went through fine. Shortly after I was contacted by my driver saying the place was busy and he might run a little late. Soon after my driver contacted me again saying they gave my order to someone else that I needed to cancel and reorder. And then dropped the order with out stating the problem to Uber eats After that my order was giving to another driver out of nowhere I tried to contact them but never got a reply,at this point my order was over an hour past its delivery time. Now at this point they gave my order to another driver at that point I cancelled and was charged 25+ change for cancellation Ubers Eats customer service is complete trash you can only communicate with a robot and they never help me with my problem I never got my food and still was charged for forcing me to cancel my order!!!! F you! Uber Eats!!!!!

I ordered from hi ball restaurant in Calgary and it was completely inedible - I threw everything out it was so disgusting. I contacted Uber and they will do nothing at all. I will never use Uber or order from hi ball. Disgraceful.

Now as we can all see there is a SECURITY sitting at that desk !!!! So instead of just tossing my food to the side instead of knocking & possible leaving it on the door mat !!!! I am so upset I spent $35 on food for this Uber driver to just treat my food like it was nothing !’n. And he never called me ! He sent a text which I answered and he just did what he wanted to do !!!! Then when I got on the phone he said “OH WELL” I am FURIOUS and this will be my last time using Uber eats

Ordered food yesterday and the driver could not find my address so she decided to leave my food in the middle of the street and marked it as "delivered". See for yourself in the attachment. It's like a dead drop in a spy movie. Now Uber will not give me a refund because the driver "waited" too long, HAHA!

UberEATS needs to completely overhaul they way they do business. I placed an order for delivery in which one of their drivers accepted to only sit stagnant for 20+ minutes. On top of this when you try to talk with an agent they waste your time and tried to cancel my order when I changed it to pick up since their drivers are inept. If I could give them a ZERO and write the review I would but you have to give a rating. They need to seriously reconsider the way in which they do business or atleast let us rate the drivers so they can weed out the senseless people that accept the order only to cancel after holding the order hostage for 20+ minutes.

Customer service is horrible. They will mess up your order every time and if you ask for a refund or price adjustment they will not do so because they have done it before not taking in consideration that the messed up the orders before and that is why we are in that predicament

When I ordered the food I did not pay on purpose for a fast delivery because I would not be ready. We have a 24/7 concierge service nobody never came… Then when I called the driver said to me that “nobody was at the door” when he came!!! Shame on you bad and really incorrect service. Called even the assistance but they of course said that the driver was right…

I ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks from penn station and received 2 drinks from penn station and 1 sandwich and cookies from subway. When I called the driver he said he only had 1 delivery and it was mine. In his picture it is clearly a subway bag but the receipt clearly shows penn station. Screw JIMMY for lying but more importantly screw UBER EATS for the jacked up prices, the fact that i couldn't use my $25 gift card and the loss of money and the fact that I am still hungry. and my pepsi wasn't even pepsi😒🤷‍♂️

My friend and I recently ordered sushi from a restaurant. I paid the money and waited for the food to be delivered to me. My meal was handed to the driver and it was on my way. However, we had a very serious problem, the driver was standing still and not moving. 40 minutes have passed and the driver is not moving and the delivery time is changing. We have already started to worry and have written her, but we have not received an answer. She remained in one place, then we decided to call the driver and ask what the problem was, but still there was no answer. We call Ubereats Support, they only offered different discounts. My English is not perfect because I am an immigrant from Ukraine, I had to ask several times because I did not understand. One lady who spoke to me started because of it and I just said thank you and hung up. Next, the driver sends me a photo of what appears to be eaten food, and it was immediately clear that it was a photo from the Internet. I wrote to her that this is a photo from the Internet, she answered "true" and canceled the order, that I didn't even have time to take a screenshot. I am disappointed with this service and do not want to order food there again. It was a terrible experience!

I was wrongfully fired from Uber eats was never given a chance to file a appeal supposedly for low ratings which is bull because I made it to platinum status in a week then yes my ratings did drop some and I even asked Uber to fix my maps because I was getting lost it kept taking me into allies etc And would only take me to the back of residences in which they never did and there specialized team never got ahold of me and the required rating is 82 mine is 83 all my ratings are good

One item was not delivered. Uber said the order was not eligible for a refund. I asked why and they said my account exceeded the refund limit. It was my second order. How could it exceed a limit with two Orders and the first one being totally fine, that is, no refund needed.

THEIR DELIVERY GUYS ARE STEALING THE FOOD!! I haven't got any attention whatsoever from you on the app. many times that I made an order on the app, the delivery stuff is making up excuses and telling us on the phone that the address is not the correct address, they start to hang up the phone and act like it's by mistake because probably the calls are recorded and they steal the food and they announce on the app that the order was received by the costumer. right now, it happened again, the delivery guy thinks he is very clever, but it was very obvious what he was trying to do, so I took screenshots of all the info of the order and of him. he marked the order as received. he told me that it shows to him that the address is in ¨Extended Suites¨ while it's obviously not. I have a screen shot. I was charged for a delivery that I did not receive and your delivery guy stole the order. It's a shame that Uber, such a known company allows people like that to work in the company. they are hacking the system because they can get away with it!!! ⛔️I WILL NEVER USE UBER AGAIN! AND FOR ANYONE WHO READS IT, DELETE THIS APP!! ITS A SCAM! DONT USE UBER AGAIN CAUSE THESE THINGS WONT STOP AND THEY WILL KEEP RUBBING US OFF!! ⛔️

It is my daughter’s 21 birthday. I ordered her some special treats as we do not live in the same city. The delivery was suppose to be made between 12-12:30. I got an email at 12:30 saying the delivery person cancelled my order. No reason. No phone call or text. Just an email. Been trying to figure out who or how to talk to someone for the last hour. I don’t know if my credit card will be refunded and I had to tell my daughter her birthday surprise was not coming. I will never use this service again. Ever.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I had a promotion for 50% off at Target food. Apparently my tip for the excellent delivery ( btw) was doubled without my knowledge or consent. Uber refused to acknowledge this or rectify the situation.

Terrible Experience. Placed an order and noticed it said for pickup. So I got on the phone and told the restaurant that I had placed the order for pick up but that I wanted delivery. So the guy at the restaurant told me just to cancel it on UberEATS and reorder it again that he would not use the order I made. So I got an agent at UberEATS and he told me he would cancel the order and he assured me that if any money got charged to my card, that it would be reimbursed. But I didn’t reorder. Waited 6 days for my reimbursement and I didn’t get it. Now UberEATS Support team says I can’t get a refund because I waited more than 48 hours to let them know. Which is a lie. I have the whole conversation on my chat log. But they don’t care. They just keep cutting me off the chat saying that I waited over 48 hours. Terrible. I got no food and I’m out of $54.20

Will never use again, I order a lot of food but my app was being funny n uber was the only one to go through. Not only did I pay extra to get it faster n it still came late but the fee was outrageous, the driver looked lost on the map while bringing it, and then they double charged me to make sure my money was there They make you wait days to return it, and now my card is negative, and I bet they don't pay for overdraft fees do they... I bet not.

I order Popeyes thru Uber eats on 02/03/2024 for 17.35. Popeyes DID NOT have what I ordered so i cancelled my order. I was told my Uber eats since the restaurant( Popeyes) this was non refundable so I will not receive my money back

The fact that drivers steal your food and are not banned from being a delivery driver is stupid. There should be consequences. The customer losses thier money and trust in Uber Eats. The attached is the name of a driver who stole my order.
