Do not use Uber Eats!!! They are a scam!! Canceled my order immediately and got charged $2.00 less then my original order. Did chat with 4 different people from out of the country and all were rude and didn’t help at all.

If there is zero to choose, this company deserves zero star. I order breakfast and never came, when I called customer service, they said something happened and food cannot be delivered, and cannot refund either, basically I paid for their breakfast. will never use this uber eat any more. They basically stole your money and you have to spend time to deal with customer service. totally waste time and money!!!

My ordered was delivered to the wrong address and the wrong person. I called the idiots in customer service and they are bunch of stupid people that don't listen and do nothing. I need a refund ASAP. Never again use UberEasts. Terrible customer service.

I ordered Ruby Tuesday's with y'all company which is Uber eats company and I complain because my baby chicken tenders was hard as a rock and Uber eats email me and said they can block me because I complain too much I work hard just like y'all do for my money so of course I would want my food to be right just like y'all would want your food to be right I just feel like that was wrong and unprofessional for y'all to send me that email saying that y'all would block me because I want my money back for my tenders if something wrong with my food a million times I am going to complain and want my money back a million times right is right and wrong is wrong y'all didn't even tell me y'all was going to reimburse me my money for them hard ass tenders if I didn't want to purchase any food I wouldn't order no food I don't order food just for the fun of it I order food because I want it not to get y'all to make my food bring it to me and complain just to complain I'm complaining because something is really wrong with my food would you feed your child some hard-ass tenders

Did not deliver my order and charged me twice on my credit card! Yes! Doubled billed me for a service they did NOT provide! When I reported this to them and requested a refund for a service they did not provide, they refused! Unbelievable! They are stealing from me!!!!

This is a uk review. Please do not leave your account details on the Uber eats app, they will dip into your bank account, then when you raise the issue they deny all knowledge, then if you put pressure on them to prove it is their company taking payments, they stop answering you!!! I’m incredulous that a company of this magnitude is practicing what is tantamount to thievery, please take my advice, if you have to use them, do not leave card details with them. Nothing more than criminals!!!!

They are thieves!!! I ordered mcdonalds, it arrived missing an item. Rang uber eats and they issued a refund... item cost £5.19... refund was for £2.49!! WTF!!!! Robbed just a few quid but still not on!!!

The worst! Left our food in the middle of a street, somewhere??? Took a pic, and we walked everywhere and couldn't find it, called, but they would not answer. This was back 2-17-24 and we are still waiting for our refund of $63.17 after 5 attempts reaching out to customer service! We cannot find a number to call and talk to a person to settle the matter. Uber Eats stole $63.17 from us. Absolute scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is twice now that this has happened; ordered bbq and only received three items out of the family meal and they didn’t refund me anything. Ordered again tonight from a different place and same results. Over $300.00 got from these two orders. I will not be using there services any longer.

Horrible customer service. Driver stole my order and never canceled so we waited 2 hrs for delivery. In the meantime the restaurant closed and we were stuck eating chips and salsa for the dinner. Horrible experience and this company takes no accountability.

This is a complete waste of money! No matter which restaurant you order from they’re never eligible For refunds or any kind of compensation! Food arrives almost 2 hrs late and they just apologize! I will NEVER use them again

I had placed an order with uber eats for a coco shop and immediately canceled as I realized it was the wrong address. I contacted uber eats as I had not gotten a refund and they said they couldn't refund me as coco had already accepted the order. I contacted coco and they said that they hadn't received the order nor accepted it and it wasn't on their screen to make. I contacted uber eats again and they still refused to refund me as they said the app already processed my order. So coco didn't get any money and I didn't receive any coco, which means uber eats just stole my money. So disgusting of them. I also got an email the next morning and they said they undercharged me for that order and that I owed $0.77. I removed all my payment methods so they couldn't charge me and they said I won't be able to order again until that payment goes through. I'm deleting my uber eats account. I was a member of uber one, I had placed over 230 orders and this was how they repaid me. So disgusting and gross.

Worst Customer Support I've ever had. I was charged $41 and change for a $21 and change bill. I have Deleted the app and will continue to place Bad reviews on this Company who in my mind is nothing but a bunch of THIVES

I don't understand, I am done with uber. I am laying here in bed while probably going through a miscarriage and use the last of my money to get food for my other kids tonight since I can't get up and you guys don't do anything about me not receiving my order but to tell me that you are pocketing my money while my kids have not been able to eat tonight.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! I HAVE USED UBER EATS FOR A FEW YRS NOW. FOUND OUT IF I HAVE AN ITEM MISSING OR GOT A BAD GROCERY ORDER ITEM, THEY'RE SUPPOST TO GIVE YOU A CREDIT, RIGHT??? WELL, GUESS WHAT THE DAY I GOT THE CREDIT IN MY WALLET FOLDER, THAT SAME DAY THEY WENT BACK IN AND TOOK BACK A PORTION OF THE MONEY BACK UNDER A FALSE TIP AND THEN EXACTLY 2 DAYS LATER THEY GO BACK INTO THAT SAME WALLET ACCOUNT AND STEAL THE REST OF THAT CREDIT BACK. IT HAPPENED TO ME TWICE THAT I KNOW ABOUT IN THE EXACT SAME STEPS AND TIME PERIOD IN BETWEEN THE SAME AMOUNT OF DAYS. THAT WAS NO ERROR IT IS A FRAUDULANT BUSINESS PRACTISE. ALSO, IF I ASKED FOR A CREDIT ON MY CARD IT DOESN'T SHOW UP. THIS COMPANY USES THIRD WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TAKING MY CREDITS BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GO TO SOMEONE ELSE.THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE SORRY BUT WOULD NOT RETURN THE CREDIT THEY TOOK A WEEK LATER WHEN I LOOKED AND FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS FRAUD. The worst delivery service available. I don’t even care about the poor drivers. There is no way to get in touch with anyone in customer service. They have this BS chat room that provides zero help. I’ve waited over 2 hours for food, and when asking for a refund whoever was on the other side left the chat and couldn’t fulfill my request. Honestly don’t use this service, you’ll be happier getting your order yourself. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Customer service is non-existent. I had a driver not move for over 30 minutes. I tried to contact the driver with no reply. Eventually the establishment closed and there is no way to report the driver or give her any ratings after cancellation of the order. Seems like these drivers can get away with anything cause there’s no way to hold them accountable. The questions below are even worst. There was no live customer service. All a machine. There is no option to talk to someone.
