“After being a loyal customer for four years, I am officially done with UGG. Their "warranty" is a total myth. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a legitimate issue, only to be met with a warranty department that is dismissive and customer service representatives who are outright rude. It is incredibly frustrating to invest in a premium brand and be treated like a nuisance when you ask them to honor their own policy. If you value your money and expect a company to respect its customers, look elsewhere. They have officially hit the bottom of my list.”

“Beautifully made - BUT - my husband, my brother and I (all the same shoe size), could not even get our feet into the top, at all. So very disappointed!”
