Really helpful and quick response given by Mark in customer service. Even when I know I've asked the same question before! My dental cover helps me know trips to the dentist aren't quite as scary as they could be :-)

I rang to check something about my claim and whilst on the phone the advisor completed my claim which I was very grateful for. All I would say is that when you reply to an email you should get an automated response to acknowledge receipt. If I’d had that then I wouldn’t have even needed to call

Invisible and generally avoid paying claims. No register of certified providers, making it a complete lottery on whether or not you will be able to make a successful claim. Even when you find a provider, individuals within the practice may result in a refusal to pay out. A disgraceful service to be honest.

Only gave 1 star as I can not give 0 stars. The company will not pay out 2times if you have 2 policies. Surely if you pay for 2 policies you should be able to claim for each polic/

Brilliant communication, I had a problem with my claim application was advised immediately within 3 hours and resent the info and was sorted within 2 days ,cannot fault the service and value for money let's face it communication is paramount with any service good/bad news at least you know what's going on

Excellent customer service especially as I encountered a few problems sending receipts. Advisor (Mark) very helpful and informative. Hopefully my dental receipts will be received and my refund issued asap.

Declined payment due to error by dentist , who put 23 instead of 24. despite emailing and calling ( never answered ) no one has bothered to get back to me

Wow! Had issue uploading evidence making an online claim and via post was not appealing. Contacted customer service and, Nicola Williamson Customer Service Advisor was truly amazing! She invited me to send forms and evidence to her by email and she will progress this on my behalf, did this at 13:30 and at 16:20 the same day I had an email from her confirming claim was processed and payment will clear in my account within 3-5 days. I kid you not! Very happy customer
