Only one thing i would say is after having the firelighters for some time now, the hollow spiral ones are nowhere near as efficient as the solid ones, and do take a while longer to get going, so not a fan of them.”

“Have been trying to wean ourselves off coal in our rayburn. Tried 3 different'flavours' of heat logs and these ones from Hereford were the best (longest burning, most consistent) and the most local. Throw out a good heat...reaches cooking temp (200 deg) easily
One box lasts one day but still use coal to keep it in at night. Disadvantage of course is you have to be around to wack another log on approx every hour.
Work very well in woodburners. Unlike wood you need only one at a time and nice and easy to store as in boxes so consistent product however are quite pricey so buy in bulk.”
“Great advice and a free sample helped us decide to buy a palette of Heatlogs. They arrived as promised, with good communication all the way through from order to delivery. They burn well and slowly, mixing well with our dry logs. Our only slight problem was that the palette seemed poorly loaded and had to be offloaded from the lorry by hand: hey - the Heatlogs kept us warm twice”

“Had bought these at Aldi over the past few years for £3.99 per pack but this year they did their own logs which we bought and they were nowhere near as good. Searched for UKHeatlogs and found a great offer on a pallet of logs which worked out even cheaper. Had some issues with the website order but sent them an email and they responded the next day and everything was sorted out and order placed. Order arrived 2 days later. Logs are great. They give out fantastic heat and also last a while. We use them on our wood burner to get it started and also when we need a small boost of heat. The company have been great to deal with as well. Very satisfied.”
“i have a multi-fuel stove which I run 24/7 for 8-months of the year. I mainly use anthracite as its slow burning and generates a steady heat.
I first became aware of Heat Logs through an ALDI promotion. I found that I could use them on top of my anthracite base as a cost effective way of heating my house..
They take some 2-3 hrs to burn through and during that time give a real boost to the heat output of the stove. I usually put 2 into my stove first thing (when i refill with anthracite) and then again early evening.
I recently bought a pallet load. They came a good price and prefer using them to my hard wood logs which burn too quickly.”
