“I bought some service parts for garden machinery from this cowboy outfit only to be sent the wrong items. I was then asked to return the items and did i want a refund or the correct items sending out. I had customers tools to service and asked for the correct parts i ordered to be sent out. I returned the wrong parts and expected to receive the correct parts in due course..... WRONG. after waiting for two weeks and seeing that they had received my return, they refunded me with no communication what so ever. So i still have customers tools on the bench and i still dont have the parts. All i can say to people reading this is, don't chance it, if you need something look at other companies even if it costs you more. This company couldnt organise a P#@s-up in a brewery. If i ran my business like them i would have no customers. AVOID!!!!”
